And every 6 weeks I still bring my shih tzu back to ruth,in my opinion no one can do as good a groom as ruth. Her love, and care for dogs is above measure. My dog comes out happy looking fab every time. Something you don't ways get at other groomers.”

“We had a great experience, and although I was nervous, both ladies were very friendly and professional and explained the entire process to ease my nerves. All the matting on my cat was removed and my cat was very happy and looked very freshly groomed. They even gave a little goody bad with some treats and a little toy and comb for my cat which was so considerate and thoughtful. My cat also smells really nice now after the groom. Not only were they able to help reassure me on the phone, but they also went above and beyond, by scheduling in a consultation to help calm my dog and gently introduce him to grooming.
