I brought my dog in the other day for a groom, and I can honestly say the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Laila was my dog Molly’s groomer, and she did an amazing job. The groom was exactly how I wanted it, and her coat was so shiny. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.
I took our dog honey to have a wash and cut. Laila was very attentive and calming, she was patient with Honey. Very pleased Honey looked fab and smelt lovely. Will definitely return.

I had such a lovely experience with Lison at Dogwood St Albans. From the moment we arrived, she was so kind and gentle with my dog Max, and you could really see how much she genuinely cares. Max can be a bit nervous, but Lison took her time, reassured him, and he settled with her straight away — which never happens! The groom itself was perfect, but what really stood out was how thoughtful and attentive she was throughout. It honestly felt like he was being looked after by someone who truly loves what they do. I’m so grateful to have found Lison. Highly recommend her to anyone who wants their dog treated with real patience, compassion, and skill.

It took a long time to find a local groomer that I was happy with and that my dog was at ease with. Dogwood grooming is simply amazing and Ellie is the best! Ellie takes the time to give the dog the attention they need and makes the effort to make sure we are happy with everything at the end. Our dog loves visiting Ellie now and I can't wait to book her in for her next groom :)

We brought our 5 month cocker spaniel for his first groom and not knowing how he would cope. Safe to say he was in brilliant hands as the staff told us he absolutely loved it. Thank you Mary for looking after Bailey and making him look so handsome! Definitely coming back!
This was our first puppy groom for Bowser and Daisy (our Miniature Schnauzer siblings). We all received a warm welcome from Abbie. Both puppies were instantly at ease and when I returned to collect them they both looked amazing! Glossy coats and wagging tails to say they had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Dogwood Grooming and Abbie. We will be returning for regular visits.
