   Dogwood Grooming Guildford is well run grooming store. I find them very professional, skilled, organised, polite and gentle with dogs. We had a few groomers before from a different places/ stores but never as good as Dogwood Grooming Guildford all in all. Our little precious yorkie means world to us and we know he is in safe hands there, that’s very important to us. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

   We recently moved to the area and brought our boy Koda to Dogwood Guildford, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the team were so welcoming and gentle with him. Koda can be a bit unsure in new environments, but the staff instantly helped him feel comfortable, and it was obvious how much they truly care for the dogs they look after. They listened carefully to the style of groom we usually have for him, and absolutely nailed it. We’re really looking forward to making this Koda’s regular grooming spot. Amazing service — highly recommend!

   We’ve been bringing our dog to here for a while now, and they’ve always been fantastic. Our dog tends to get nervous during grooming, but the team is so gentle and caring — they really take the time to make her feel safe and comfortable. They consistently do a great job with her grooming, and she always comes out looking and smelling lovely. I also really appreciate how they offer helpful recommendations whenever I have questions about her coat or care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional, kind, and reliable grooming service. It’s clear they genuinely care about the pets they look after!

   We’ve taken our shih poo pup to dogwood a few times for puppy grooming. On arrival she’s always quite nervous, but when she leaves her coat not only looks good, but she also seems much happier and relaxed. All the groomers have been great, but a shout out to Jade who gave our puppy her first full groom this weekend. We’re so pleased not only with the groom itself (which would’ve by no means been an easy task with how much fur she had), but also just how much care and attention was given by Jade to our pup. We would definitely recommend Dogwood and certainly Jade in particular. Thank you!

   I was very anxious when I took Freckles to Dogwood, despite being 7 years old we never used professional services... and even more anxious when Ellie suggested shaving him off completely. But I decided to trust her, and go with her advice. When I picked Freckles up after 2 hours I cried. They were tears of joy, not sadness, as Freckles looked so fabulous! Before he looked like (I'm quoting my friends) a barking shaggy rug, or a woolly sheep.... When I saw him after Ellie did her magic he looked handsome and young and so happy! We definitely will be coming back, and I only regret not doing it much, much earlier!

   Alpha had his very first groom at Dogwood grooming and it was fantastic. Emmy and Lucy were very friendly and welcoming, especially with a very nervous miniature dachshund. We were so pleased with how well they tidied up all his fluffiness and he came out smelling really nice too. We have already booked him in for his next appointment.

   Sully saw Ellie for a full groom. He was a bit fluffy and definitely in need of a tidy up! She was brilliant with him, especially tidying the fur around his eyes, so we can see them and he now looks so handsome! I was delighted as he is so bouncy and lively, like an overgrown puppy, it is difficult to keep him tidy and brushed! She even manged to do his teeth. Thank you Ellie.
