Myself and my partner put our dog Stella in Aldergrove for a week in August. This was the first time ever leaving Stella in kennels so we were pretty apprehensive. The service provided here is exceptional! The quality of care the pets receive is very reassuring and made us feel nothing but comfort leaving her there for the week. The communication throughout Stella’s stay was great! Will 100% be using again in the near future. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you all so much!
We left our 3 dogs with Aldergrove Kennels for 2 weeks in July 2025. They came highly recommended, which was important to us as our pup is very nervous around other dogs, and not used to being in kennels, and our 2 older dogs required daily medication. Carla and her team were absolutely fantastic. They were very responsive to our questions, and kept in contact with us whilst we were away. The team were super kind to our elderly dog, giving her cooling mats to make sure she was comfortable in the heat, and had no issues dealing with the medication. Pup came home happy and seems far better socialised now because of the experience. Would definitely recommend. It's very obvious that Carla and her team care about they dogs that they look after.
Eireann is great with our dog and she did an excellent job of his hair as he can get quite tatty if let go for too long....booked for another session very soon.
Outstanding! Like many people my dog is my world and knowing he is being looked after well whilst I am away is incredibly reassuring. Carla and her team are fantastic, always proffessional and genuinely seem to love looking after the dogs. The photos of him having fun and playing are the best and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent service. Dogs are treated like the family. Would recommend 100% for daycare, boarding and grooming. My dogs all love it here and the team are all amazing!!!
First time boarder with Carla and I have to say, it's been an absolute pleasure to get to know her and the kennels. Our GSP loved it and with photos of him playing with his room mates from Carla, we knew we made the right decision. We'll definitely be back. I'm not sure our dog wanted to leave when we picked him up!
Carla and her staff are just lovely. They are so passionate about their work and have such a special bond with each animal that crosses the door. I have been taking my 2 dogs here for years and they just love it. Reliable, affordable and very professional. I recommend Carla and the team every chance I get.
