After years of trying to find a dog groomer who my Betsy was comfortable with it was a breathe of fresh air to find she took to the staff at Toto's instantly. An all round great service and experience for Betsy and myself. Definitely recommend 100%
Very few problems here overall however the two problems we HAVE had haven’t been great. First of all, yesterday my dad received a phone call stating “You have to come pick your dog up, she has fleas.” When he arrived he was made to feel guilty as he was told the rest of the days appointments would have to be cancelled and the groomers closed for cleaning. The dog had a flea treatment and was checked by a vet just under a month ago, she was then checked by a vet yesterday immediately after being picked up from the groomers and the vet confirmed she does not have fleas. The other issue is that on a previous visit my own dog was cut so close to the skin that he came home covered in cuts, one of which, in particular, ended up very sore and irritated. We do get him cut short but not to the point where he’s sliced all over obviously. He has never had any issues with any other groomer and everyone reports he’s very well behaved when being groomed so the fault doesn’t lie with him being awkward or squirming in any way. I asked for my dad to not bring him back as I was so unhappy with the results but of course dads don’t listen until they have their own issue (that’d be the flea accusations yesterday). In regards to the fleas I was told “the vet could’ve missed something” …she didn’t. And in regards to my dogs hacked up sore leg I was told “it could be allergies” … it’s not, it’s just your bad work. There’s absolutely zero accountability from this girl, everything else is someone else’s fault. Wouldn’t take either of ours back here if you paid me. Edited to add these photos were a week after his groom and they still look awful.
Highly recommend! The girls were professional and friendly done an amazing job with my wee pup. Will definitely be back again!
Been using totos over past year, have to say, my Chihuahua "chichi" loves the pampering. The girls are professional, creative, caring and do the best grooming I've seen anywhere in north Belfast. It's a no brainier, want your loved one to get pampered and look awesome... Call totos now.. You will not regret it.

Booked dog in to get groomed for 9am got turned away at door just because hadn’t replied to a confirmation text they had sent! Because of working late shift in hospital hadn’t saw the text so just went to attend for appointment which they had went ahead and given to someone else !!! If they saw text wasn’t answered instead of cancelling my dogs appointment they could have rang first but instead they just cancelled appointment and booked someone else in! Bad management of appointment keeping and own time wasting .. will never contact again.
Staff were lovely would definitely recommend i definitely will be using totos again
