“I can't say enough about the fantastic experience we've had with Michelle. From the moment we started, it was clear that this was someone with an incredible understanding of dogs and a true passion for their work. Michelle has an incredible ability to connect with dogs of all breeds and temperaments as we've seen through the weeks. Our puppy, Pippin, was struggling with certain commands and we were at a loss, as this was how we'd trained previous dogs. Within just a few sessions we saw significant improvement because she made it so fun for him! Michelle's approach is rooted in positive reinforcement, patience, and consistency, which really make's a huge difference. Pippin adores his twice weekly sessions, and so will your dog! Michelle is also fantastic for grooming pups too, Pippin came out looking so handsome and he smelled fantastic ☺️”

She kept him safe and calm and he looks great ☺️ Unlike the groomers I used to use in Belfast, I could sit in to wait and they accept PayPal and bank transfer (or cash). Much nicer than leaving him there for hours waiting for a call back! Price was also better. I got lost going in: the location is through a gate past the shopping centre, past the American flags. Look for big pink door in the industrial estate.”

“I’ve been taking my little silky terrier since October 2018. The staff are brilliant with the dogs the moment they come in the door. I’ve always gotten an appointment on a date I’ve asked for with no problems. It’s a secure place so you aren’t worried your dog will escape. It’s a place I always recommend when people comment on my pups cut because it’s so well done. Everything blended in. And her face is trimmed perfect, nice and short round the eye area. My pup seems happier going here than with previous groomers. Which is reassuring to me when you’ve a nervous pup when it comes to places like vets groomers and places with strange dogs. Couldn’t recommend this place enough like”
