Took a nervous little dog to Heather today and she was amazing. Incredibly professional, offered advice and the dog came away looking great with trimmed nails. Highly recommended.
I took our wee dog to Heather's for nine years and Heather groomed are wee dog called Mollie to perfection. Mollie has since passed away. Heather always give us great advice. It would be very hard to get a better groomer. Wee would like to take this opportunity to thank Heather for all her support over the years and wee would highly recommend Heather.
Really rude and abrupt groomer. Having just seen your reply, I feel it’s appropriate to elaborate. I have used your services before but was gracious enough then not to leave a review. During the lockdown I took my sister’s dog to you and you were incredibly abrupt towards me to the point where I left in tears. I phoned today not realising that I was phoning your business as I vowed I wouldn’t use your services again. Yes, I wanted to enquire about getting my dog treated for fleas. We had already taken steps with the vet to get her medically treated however I was advised that a professional dog groomer may be willing to help us with a treatment. Your attitude and words were unkind and unhelpful today; I was left feeling deflated and upset by your manner. I think you’re probably a very capable groomer but your telephone manner and engagement with with people willing to give you business could do with improvement. Regards.

One of the best dog groomers out there. Heather is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to dogs and grooming and she’s only to willing to share her knowledge. My dogs always leave Heathers dog grooming parlour looking like show dogs ready for crufts. I can’t recommend Heather highly enough.
