Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The cats are kept in great conditions and really well looked after. The staff make the adoption process really straightforward and easy at all stages. Would highly recommend anybody looking to give a cat a home to go to these guys - they really care.

Lovely staff who work so hard to get cats into the right home! We came home with our wee man a week after meeting him, and we couldn't be happier.

We can’t thank everyone at cats protection enough for helping us find our perfect cat. The staff were so knowledgeable about every single cat in their care. We weren’t rushed and had lots of time to meet different cats. Our chosen cat had some health issues when we came to rehome him but the staff ensured he was perfectly healthy before they sent him home to me. We were given regular updates on his condition and how he was. I will forever be grateful for their support and kindness.

No better place for the cats, the old owners or the new owners. Ryan had taken myself and my fiancee around and he had all the information at hand when needed, allowing us space to chat but also keeping us informed on important details.

do NOT recommend this place, have had 3 different people talkin to me about a cat I was to adopt and got 3 different stories, the first woman had said all she needed to do was to take the adoption form to management to be approved and she came back and said it was already approved so my wee fur baby would definitely be coming home with me but he had just been neutered so would be the end of next week before I'd get to take him home so that was all good I was fine with waiting and now they are telling me 2 different things which as an end result I would not be getting him. There is clearly no communication in the workplace whatsoever so I highly do not recommend

Have had past dealings with, and now have occasional dealings with the central office of this charity. Some years ago, I had a very serious accident which involved hospital, operations etc. I kept the staff waiting and created an awful fuss while I refused sedation until I had sorted out something for my two cats who were alone in the house. Everyone I knew seemed to have left the country! I remembered someone I knew only slightly at CPB, and called their office. This WONDERFUL girl and her husband came and collected keys, then the two spoilt brats left alone in my flat, and took them away ( to their own home) for the next two months. I have never forgotten them, and have had occasion to find the people in that office most helpful, efficient and genuinely concerned about the animals concerned on quite a number of times over the years, before and after that awful accident. Great people, great cause! Would urge anyone with a genuine, responsible interest in cats to support them.
