“This wonderful hotel is located in the former White Star Line drawing rooms. The windows have been preserved, creating a particularly cozy atmosphere, and there are numerous paintings with photographs of the Titanic and all those involved in its construction. The hotel is clean, and in the rooms you'll find a book about the hotel with numerous photos on the desk. The showers are clean, and the staff is polite.”

“We visited recently for Afternoon Tea and had the most wonderful experience. From start to finish we were made to feel very pampered and the service from the staff was first class. Special mention should be made about Ryan. He was positively charming. Nothing was too much trouble and he seemed to know exactly when we needed refreshed tea/coffee etc without being called upon. My niece is due her first baby shortly and he was so engaging when he spotted both her and the near life size balloon teddy. Ryan you were a star! We hope your Manager realises how lucky he/she is to have such a valuable staff member who ensured we will book a return visit.”

“Lovely place! We can tell the difference in how we picked him up from here versus how we picked him up from the different dogs hotel we have tried. He was so relaxed after his stay. He's been looked after brilliantly, by a staff that loves animals and caters to the needs of each dog as if they were their own. German Shepherd's are so specific, and seeing him so happy in all the photos that were shared with us, just made my heart full. We will definitely be using your services in the future. You guys are brilliant.”

“This is a touchless hotel. Everything is done by internet, the front door is coded lock and the room keys are in lock boxes. You are given the code before you arrive. It was a very interesting stay having never completed a touch less stay. The room was immaculately clean! Towels were not luxurious but did the trick. The room itself was a full size bed which comfortably fit my wife and I. The room itself was in the smallish size, think bedroom in an older home. The city noises kept my wife awake one night, lots of traffic, sirens, people walking the ally and all. For me, it was white noise. If you’re a sensitive to noise sleeper, you may want to weigh this heavily! The location was great! We were 20 minutes walking from pretty much everywhere we wanted to be. 25 minutes from Belfast Grand Central Station. The breakfast was good! Continental with fruit, yogurt, cereals, breads, butter jams etc. You will be adequately fed for the day! By no means is this hotel luxurious? But it is clean, fun and reasonably priced. I rather enjoyed our stay! We took a tour of the northern Irish coast and the pickup was very close so it worked well. Cheers!!”

“I have just bought a new puppy and wanted to get everything for him. I was served by Cherry, what a credit to your company she was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and gave extremely valuable advice on my new Shih Tzu. Cherry helped me set up the app so I could get special discounts etc. exceptional service. I have been into the store again and whoever serves me is always so helpful and kind and spends time with you. Also I made an appointment with the vets and Hannah was also so kind and helpful. Must be a great company to work for when you have such incredible staff and service. Thank you so much and Presley appreciates it too”

“Popped in to collect an online order. Staff helped out and got my collection very quickly. Browsed through the store and noticed the new items coming in for your pooch for winter. More stock to follow so will pop in for an update on the next collection. The last time I was in, the kibble had a limited variety, now restocked and more options again.”

“Went today to purchase some food for a dog we have on respite. I asked a member of staff for help and that’s what she did to perfection. She was so knowledgable and by asking me questions about the dog, knew which brand we needed! You even ran and got me a poop bag holder and bags, when 2 other staff were at the cash point - 1 had just pointed and gave me directions to where they were whilst the other stood and watched our conversation. Customer service is so important to a successful company and staff retention! I’m glad I asked your name - thank you Connie for all your help today and making me feel happy as I left your store.”

“Such a big selection of fish, the quality of the fish is remarkable and the colours are amazing, I’ve never seen rainbow fish with such vivid colours before! I was very impressed! The Staff are really lovely, Mark is my favourite, His knowledge of fish keeping is abundant. He is so friendly and approachable and always helps me with any issue I’m having regarding my aquarium. I would highly recommend!!”

“Very convenient to everything. Buffet breakfast was very good. Problem: no jam, marmalade, Bananas. Limited cerals choices. Other wise. Good. The Lady @ check in outstanding, so helpful & caring. Met her a few times as she seemed to work a lot. Nice chats. A treasure for sure. In regards to the items in the bar, very limited. We. Will be back.”

“We stayed here in September 2025. We usually are quite happy staying at a Hilton and this was no different. The people were quite friendly. We had breakfast each morning that was quite delicious. The location wasn't that great as it was difficult finding nearby restaurants. So, we ate dinner each night at the hotel restaurant. The meals were very nice. It was a nice quiet atmosphere and really very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and nice and clean. All in all, we had a very comfortable stay.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Benedicts. We booked the dinner, bed and breakfast deal and upgraded to an executive suite (book direct with the hotel - not through booking.com). The food was excellent as was the service (from reception to the bar and restaurant) The room was quiet despite being at the front of the building and the bed extremely comfortable. Thanks to all staff members that made our stay perfect. Loved the Halloween decorations throughout too.”

“Love this hotel. Check in was friendly and nice and I got a late checkout when we left because I’d joined Ihg rewards a few years back. The room was smart, clean. Amazing shower. Comfortable bed with white cotton linen. The cleaning staff are the best. Tea/coffee in the room. We were very happy The location is great. It’s on the end of historic Sandy Row. Right by the grand central station trains and buses. Close to The Crown Pub which is very famous. Easy walking distance to the centre full of shops and great places to eat. Tip if you’re coming from the station look for a place called Halt. It’s got a bright yellow entrance. If you walk in and go straight to the other end you come out at the hotel. (Plus it’s a fab place to eat.) The holiday inn breakfast is the best. Every item is well made and thoughtful. Items vary from day to day. We loved Anna who was a waitress there. So kind and friendly. Nice vegetarian section too. All together a lovely stay. We felt at home there. We’d definitely stay again.”

“Spent 2 nights here and cannot complain about anything. From checking in to checkout everyone was so helpful and friendly. Lovely clean room, nice breakfast. Perfectly situated with 5 minutes walk to the shops, loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Only downside was the cost of a taxi from the Airport £49. But we got the bus back £9. Will definitely return thanks for a lovely stay.”

“Lovely hotel, good location and friendly staff on check in. Room was really clean and well appointed. I had spoke with live chat prior to staying, they helped arrange a birthday surprise for my fiance, which was great! Breakfast was lovely and not too crowded, bagels were delicious along with waffles. This hotel also has a well equipped gym, with enough machines to get a decent work out.”

“Very well positioned, specially for people without transport. Reception was very helpful and accommodated every request. Some tour groups kings of dominated the common area, but that isn't the hotels fault. Room was comfortable. Only criticism is that i would have preferred a secure wifi link rather than an open one”
