“Booked an apartment for me and my partner it was a birthday surprise, my booking was very last minute and the host couldn't accommodate my requests any better than he did everything it was clean, comfortable and sorted in a matter of hours! The pictures of the apartments do not do them justice it was perfect throughout everything is on the doorstep we opted to head up the road for a massage and down to Bisons for food in the evening these were within a 10 minute radius of the apartment followed by an comfortable evening back at the apartment thank you for everything! - Nige”

Comfortable and tastefully decorated historic home. Superb views and to complete the stay one of the best full English breakfasts we have had. “What a find!! We only stayed the one night however, we hope to return and stay longer and explore the area. Our room was lovely, clean, tidy, well decorated and with the river right by our window a relaxing sound before falling asleep. With the kitchen area on display it was nice to see where your breakfast was prepared. The breakfast choice was varied and expertly cooked. Decor throughout was tasteful for type and age of the building. Trevor, the owner, was so polite and had a great sense of humour, he was a right laugh. A real gem of a find is Over the Bridge. Highly recommend!!”

“Outstanding service from the team at Pure Travel, all booked over the phone as we live over 250 miles away but know Faye personally & that she had the knowledge & experience to get us the holiday we really wanted. All managed within the user friendly app where our travel details & documents were located to keep us updated. Lots of key detail and recommendations from Faye ensured we had a great time in Dubai and made the most of every day we had. “Absolutely amazing shop, have shopped there for about 2 and half years now for my dogs raw food, supplements and all other treats for my dogs. Our dogs love a trip down they always get loads of cuddles and even get some treats from vic. They always stock the best of the best from vet bedding to their own brand leads harness and collars, raw food, kibble, toys, supplements and all your other pet accessories. If ever in doubt vic will always reassure and give the best advice on whatever she can help with. Would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. And not to mention vic always goes above and beyond for all her customers and always takes part in community events like the k9 party in the park.”

“I brought my Cat here for a 6 day stay and I was so reassured by James! She was in very good hands! It’s clear he’s very passionate and knowledgeable about his job. Got a lovely update while I was away which was so nice. James tried to make her stay as comfortable as possible as she is a shy cat. Will be bringing her back here when I go away again! “Totally amazing! Well what can I say….my beautiful buns Coco and Bean had the best time at Redbeck. Beautiful spacious accommodation in a deluxe apartment. Toys and enrichment provided. A true home from home and impeccably clean. Claudia is very knowledgeable and accommodating. If you want a 5* bunny holiday hotel with the best staff look no further. Daily photos were appreciated as was contact with Claudia when we got home to make sure the buns had settled back into their routine. Totally fabulous, 100% recommended.”

Then, when the stay came, a good amount of feedback, photos and videos let us know they were enjoying being with her and the other dogs she cared for. Definitely hope to use again next year.”

“Great new cattery in a very convenient location. The owners were so friendly, flexible and obviously really love cats! We loved getting updates of our cat over WhatsApp. He was obviously very well looked after with plenty of attention, and he was very chilled when we picked him up. The pens are spacious with lovely views and plenty of things to entertain the cats, and they were very accommodating of his special diet. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be repeat customers!”

“I highly recommend Amy and Country Hounds. She has taken great care to get to know Teddy and has always been extremely professional and reliable. She does everything she can to help at short notice if needed, and always considers the dogs' needs when the weather isn't ideal. She manages to get Teddy surprisingly clean before delivering him home, and he really does love mud and water. Most importantly, Teddy is always excited to see Amy and get in the van. He can be very anxious so this is a real measure of the relationship Amy has built with him.”

“We cannot recommend Casey enough, she is fantastic. It took us a long time to find anyone we trust with our dogs as one of them is dog reactive but from the very first meet with Casey we could tell she was the right choice. She allows the dogs to get to know her at a pace they are comfortable with and she will always message us to check we are happy if she wants to do something new with them (and we always are because we know she wouldn’t do anything that would put either dog out of their comfort zone). She’s helped us out last minute several times and when she dog sat for us overnight we came home to two happy and carefree dogs. She’s an absolute professional and the best of the best.”

“I would highly recommend Matt! We had an initial meet for him to get to know my dog Arlo and make sure where he would fit in best. He really enjoys his walks and I know he is well cared for. Matt takes time to take pictures and videos from his walks which is a massive bonus for me to see that Arlo is doing well and having fun!”

(3 years) We were advised at our very first session of the options we had and was encouraged to have Louie ‘hand stripped’ which has left him with the most beautiful coat.
