   This group has been amazing to me and to my little princess Cece. She was saved by their nurse Rachel from the Haworth and Bingley practice, that looked after her since she was 3 weeks old for 8weeks. Every visit to the Bingley practice is like going to see family for Cece. The receptionists are consistently very kind and helpful, and she is always in her best behaviour when sees Dr Terry. His warmth and ability to speak with her is absolutely superb. I have no words to describe Rachel without crying of gratitude. From the moment we step in any of the practices of this group we breath warmthness and love for animals. We can't ask for anything else!

   My Chihuahua was treated at Gatehouse in Bingley for anal gland issues, and unfortunately, she was given the wrong medication. We discovered the mistake the next day, and after contacting the practice, we were told she had also been given the wrong dosage — she only needed a quarter of what was prescribed. As a result, we overpaid around £100 for unnecessary medication, and our dog became even more unwell due to the incorrect treatment and overdose.I understand that mistakes can happen, but I sent an email on 24th Sept hoping for explanation. Apart from a short reply confirming receipt, I’ve had no further response and its been 3 weeks. Sadly, this experience has left us with no choice but to move our dog’s care elsewhere. A very disappointing experience overall. would not recommend this practice

   My cat was ill recently and Terry at Gatehouse Vets was amazing. He listened to my concerns and did all the tests to try and understand what was wrong with my cat. He explained everything to me. Why things happen, what they mean, and any possible conditions we were looking at and how we rule them out with tests. I only ever want to take my cat to Terry now for checkups. He was so helpful and reassuring. Thank you Terry! The clinic itself is also really lovely, with a separate area for cats and blankets that they provide to cover the carriers so they do not get stressed. They handled all my insurance claims and were so understanding and helpful! Thanks guys!

   Terry was wonderful and put Elsa our golden retriever at ease as soon as we went into the room. It was clear from his approach that his main focus was Elsa and ensuring she was ok. Terry immediately put mine and my husband’s minds at ease after giving Elsa a thorough check over - it’s so comforting to know we have a vet that we trust and who has a real, genuine care for animals. Thank you Terry!

   The whole experience was overall excellent, and the cost of the check up very reasonable. And I would recommend this Vets practice to other pet owners without hesitation. The only downside is the cost of the prescription which I thought was very expensive. But I would add that from comments about the veterinary industry in general this is a rising and widespread problem. Otherwise a five star experience.

   Terry is lead vet or Uncle Terry as my wife calls him. He's well known locally for being a very caring and experienced vet who won't rip you off or do unnecessary things to make money. The new premises is modern and bright and friendly. There's limited parking but plenty nearby. If you want a vet that actually cares about what he's doing then I recommend you visit.

   I am so pleased I moved to Gatehouse in Bingley. Terry is excellent and has a fabulous way with the animals. The whole team are friendly and efficient. My dog had an op yesterday and the care and communication I received from the team prior, during and after the op was second to none. Thank you guys!!!

   All the staff are welcoming and kind. They make your pet feel as comfortable as possible. The building its self is clean and well presented. The separate dog and cat section is a nice touch. They explain everything in the right way and enough detail.

   We usually take our dog to the Haworth practice but our little dog Willow became poorly and we needed any urgent appointment , she was pooing blood and vomiting , we got an appointment at the Bingley branch with Terry the vet , he diagnosed the problem and administered The injection and sent us home with some tablets . I must say this vet is the best I have ever seen,he put me at ease and explained everything to me and answered all my questions , Next time my my dog is poorly I will be asking for Terry to treat my dog
