I am extremely happy with the service and standard of care provided for both our dogs. One has had surgery recently, and everything went brilliantly. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
The staff were wonderful. Highly recommend. I was able to get an appointment very quickly when my cat needed quick dental treatment. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and the veterinary nurse was so caring and attentive to my cats needs while she was in their care. They were very communicative throughout the day when she was in surgery and very reassuring. Thank you so much.
Excellent friendly efficient service! My cat tried to eat a wasp, stung his mouth, and within 45 mins of calling Avenue, he was signed up, assessed, given a steroid injection and flea treatment, and they were so kind and patient with him. Thank you to everyone at Avenue for being so fast and friendly and wonderful!!!

I needed an urgent appointment for my 10yo cat and came here for the first time. The experience was incredible and I highly recommend this veterinary group. The lady on reception was very empathetic and efficient, and booked us in within an hour. Our vet, Ash, was fantastic, extremely patient, gave me loads of great advice and different options to consider. He really took the time to put my cat at ease, and she wasn't distressed at all (unlike at other visits to a different vets). Also thank you to the lady who helped carry my cat to the car as I can't do any heavy lifting. The whole team clearly cares about the animals and their owners, they provide an incredible service and I am so grateful for the help they gave me today - thank you!
The vet, veterinary nurses and supporting staff have been fantastic with our very nervous rescue dog. Our dog recently needed an x-ray and the team went above and beyond to make it as stress-free an experience for her as possible. They have been patient and understanding throughout, and provided excellent care to our dog.
One of the unique independently owned and run vet practices around now. So many owned by a singular large corporate. Would highly recommend for the care of your pets. All the staff are knowledgeable and very focused on what's best for your pet....Mr Walsh (Neil) has given the utmost care to my Dachshund...he was the one who advised me about IVDD and why late neutering is so vital, so many vets still do not know about this very important issue..up to date, relevant and caring, I won't be going anywhere else.
Amazing staff! Taken my dog a few times over the past few weeks. Even with the restrictions, they made us both feel welcome. After the cancer diagnosis they were warm, friendly and knowledgeable explaining next steps in a way i could understand.
