He went to check on the next delivery date for me. He realised that there were some on the stock room and went and got me some. Definitely above and beyond. Very pleased indeed. Only negative was the older lady on customer service (think she was called Jane) wouldn't allow an exchange for a smaller size without receipt despite items still being tagged. I explained i had done returns and exchanges before with the receipt and she basically called me a lair as they have never allowed it before. Which was total BS!”
