   Super service. They were able to fit me in at very short notice. I found a large nail in my tyre just as I was setting off to a funeral. The guys were able to fit me in for a very short notice appointment. Unfortunately for me it required a new tyre as the puncture wasn't repairable. Which was a bit of a nuisance since the car is only a few months old so the tyre was relatively new. Still, can't fault the service, so we'll done Kwik-fit.

   I wouldn’t even give one star. Absolutely shocking experience. I had a nail in my tyre and the staff member didn’t even bother to check it properly. He ran his fingernail across the tread, didn’t inspect the nail itself, and spent no more than a minute looking at the tyre. He then told me I needed a brand new tyre because mine were “worn out”, based purely on using his finger. I then went to an independent garage, where they put my car on a ramp, properly inspected the wheel, and used actual equipment to measure the tread depth. They confirmed the tyre was completely repairable and that I still had plenty of tread left. They repaired it on the spot for half the price. Kwik Fit, on the other hand, didn’t even put my car on a ramp or look at the wheel properly. Overall, a shocking and untrustworthy experience.

   They performed a free safety check on my car.I get my tire report. They couldn't fix the tire pressure sensor issue, but they were honest with me. I'm very pleased with my recent visit.

   Having been in the industry for 20+ years I am well versed in what constitutes good service in the car industry. The team at the Shipley branch are exceptional. Ian is helpful, friendly and brilliant at multi-tasking as he juggles all the vehicles coming and going. A model of how every Kwik fit centre should be.

   Fantastic service from Ali and the team. Had what I thought was a slow puncture but after they tested it was the TPMS valve. No charge and the guys told me to try to get the part off eBay to save money. Bought the wrong part first time then finally got it right the second time. Absolutely top notch service throughout, despite me getting the wrong part they were very friendly and professional thought my visits. Will definitely be using again.

   WOW I called into the branch today and all I can say is the customer care that was taken was amazing. Thought I had a slow puncture turns out it was my value. The young man that did it was more than helpful and even double checked all my tyres pressures for me and reset the light on the dash. Would highly recommend and would go back at any time.

   I had a ripped tyre, but needed my car urgently due to hospital appointments. They ordered the tyre for me and it arrived early the next morning, I had it fitted and out of the garage by 9.50am, absolutely fantastic service, I cannot thank them enough.

   Arrived here for a 4 wheel alignment for my civic type R GT, Jacob and team were excellent, great reception by Jacob, very hard working team he has, alignment was put right and they'd fixed this for me as it was out. Before and print outs provided, I am happy with the difference of a hunters alignment system makes, very accurate and car drives perfectly straight now and doesn't pull towards one side. Thanks Jacob and team you have done a wonderful job.
