I’ve been a customer of theirs for a long time. I usually get my parts from here since it’s close by and the prices are fair. They always explain what they’re giving you, and sometimes they even come out to check my car and replace the wiper rubber for free. Today, I reached out to a bunch of places for help with the Golf MK7 gearbox code. The VW dealer couldn’t assist me, but Mr. Masood helped me out on the phone in just 2 minutes, and he even charged me a service fee. Big thanks for the awesome service you provide to our community!

Avoid this business at all costs — completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. I purchased a small battery for a Honda Jazz for £50, and it developed a fault where the car wouldn’t start — all well within their so-called 2-year warranty. When I returned the battery, the staff brushed me off with vague promises to “we'll recharge” it. I was made to leave it with them for several hours, only to be handed it back with no real explanation or resolution. The car failed to start again just two months later. I also noticed water leaking from the battery the first time I picked it up — a clear sign of poor quality. Yet, they refused to honour their warranty and instead blamed my car’s alternator, insisting their batteries are always “perfect.” I had to waste valuable time making repeated trips, even taking time off work. Each visit involved long wait times, with staff showing zero urgency — at one point, the person meant to assist me was casually eating while customers waited and I had to wait like 25 mins.. Their solution? “We’ll charge the battery for you.” That’s it. They simply connect your faulty battery to a charger, hand it back, and send you on your way. No proper testing, no replacement — just the same cycle repeated. They have no intention of resolving issues and clearly rely on fobbing people off until the warranty period runs out. This place treats customers with utter disregard. They sell substandard parts, offer fake warranties, and will do anything to avoid taking responsibility. If they’re so concerned about “losing money” on a replacement, they shouldn’t lie about offering a 2-year warranty in the first place. Do yourself a favour — don’t waste your time or money here. You’ll regret it

Suprisingly good value parts. Stock good quality parts too, found the prices to be on par with euro car parts

Extremely disappointed on the Mini Clubman supplied by Heaton Cars and I regret buying this car. Purchased a car that I did not see but went on the dealer’s advert and what he stated on the phone. The advert stated the car was “Superb!”, had “4 new tyres”, “drives amazing”, “the car is as new”, “drives 100%”, “only 1 owner from new”, “Full Service History”, “6 Month Gold Warranty”. However my mechanic called it a “death trap!”. On receiving the car my mechanic noticed the following: • Both rear boot doors were rusted, been poorly repaired and was beyond repair. We had to source second hand doors. • Said the car had 1 owner but when I looked at the logbook it stated 4 owners! • Said the car had 4 new tyres, all four needed replacing • Said the car drives superb, but the car was sluggish and hadn’t been serviced in years. When serviced the oil came out in lumps. • The service book was fake and had all been stamped recently. Called the main dealer who confirmed this! • One wheel had a locking wheel nut which was not supplied. • 2 wheels had only 2 wheel nuts of the 5 on the wheel and the other 2 wheels only had 3 wheel nuts. • All brakes and discs were below the legal standard and the rear callipers were seized. All had to be replaced. • Said it came with 6 month warranty but nothing provided! • Worst was after 2 weeks I still did not receive the logbook, I had to contact DVLA to get the car registered in my name! So far it has cost me £1500 to make the car road legal on a £2,000 purchase and still isn’t ideal!
