   Hi I'm Alan Lancaster, Ben & Daniel at YAPP fixed My Ninja. Recently I acquired a Ninja multi tasking oven but it had a fault within it I contacted several large electrical businesses they didn't even let me explain the fault it had, so I googled for local electric appliance fixers, Lo and behold YAPP - Yorkshire Appliances in Shipley answered my call & listened with great interest as to the problem My Ninja had. They asked me to bring it into their workshop on a day it was manned as they have emergency call outs Plus pre booked house calls to attend to first. On leaving My Ninja with them I knew it would not be an easy fix as the makers of that type of Ninja make is very difficult to access the inner body to repair broken wires. YAPP over the next few weeks (in-between their emergency house calls) kept me up to date with progress on My Ninja as to how snags slowed progress to fix, yet I was impressed with the end result. Three Months on its still working Fanatically (hope I've tempted Fate). Thanks again Ben & Daniel for fixing My Ninja.    Amazing service provided by these guys. Had issues with my dishwasher. They had a look and ordered a part to get it sorted. Whilst here they were happy to look at my freezer also, and managed to get that sorted in no time. Once the part arrived for my dishwasher, they were here promptly again and had it fixed it no time. Would highly recommend!

   Daniel and Ben demonstrated professionalism, good communication skills, and had an excellent work ethic when completing a repair to my washing machine in September 2025. They were consistent in providing advice and choices regarding the work, ensuring I felt involved and well- informed. Daniel offered detailed information/solutions and never rushed a response/or an answer. This made me feel their recommendations were genuinely in my best interest, rather than aimed at increasing costs. Both Daniel and Ben completed the job in a timely manner. Their commitment to quality was evident. I appreciated their efforts and the customer-focused approach they maintained.

   I didn't know where to turn when my insurance company wrote off my american fridge freezer. They refused to install a new one or even bring it into my house. I asked around on a local FB page and these guys were highly recommended. Rightly so. They booked me in for the day my new fridge freezer was coming, they were prompt, ridiculously helpful, professional and thorough! Absolutely fantastic service - we have been ground down to accept terrible customer service, but these guys showed up their competitors. Really grateful for the recommendation.
