Said they had a shower enclosure in stock on their site which I ordered. I then emailed a couple days later asking if it had been shipped and they didn’t respond, after following up a 2nd time, they said it wasn’t in stock and would come till 3 weeks after - could’ve just let me know from the beginning. Poor communication and transparency.
Scam ALERT. Still refusing to refund over 2k for an item they never had in stock. Shambles of a company. Reported to Police.
