Every time I visit this Shop, (and often spend a small fortune) whether it be a good day or bad, the staff in this Shop really know how to cheer you up and make you leave feeling great. Sophie is always helpful and always gives the best recommendations, always pleasant and smiley and keeps a great conversation! On top of this you genuinely feel like your custom is always appreciated, another reason why I won't visit anywhere else. I moved work away from this area, and this is still my go-to Vape shop even still worth the journey. I would recommend anyone who would wants either great advice & recommendations, or a the best service to speak & visit here. Thanks again, & See ya tomorrow!
Went into the shop (have been trying to stop smoking cigarettes for a while) told the gentleman what I was looking for. He was extremely helpful and offered me choices of products which met my description of what I was after. He showed me how it worked, how to refill and was really helpful when choosing the refills from what flavours to strengths they had. The shop was clean and well looked after. It was a nice changed to go into a shop where your met with a nice smile, politeness and great customer service. I live close so it's nice and easy to nip in when I need anything. Cost of products is very good ,and the product itself works as he described no leaking and easy to use. Would definitely recommend
