At one time, I wouldn't have made it through the door and I definitely wouldn't have had a hygienist appointment, as I always saw that as an unnecessary need. I managed to break a front tooth the day before a job during which I was going to be recorded & photographed. I was, fortunately, able to see my dentist of some years now, David Ford. I simply must recommend his skill, excellence & professionalism in dealing with the problem. Not only am I able to use my voice properly for recording, but also, to look at me, you would not believe anything untoward has happened. His expertise is amazing! David has been assisted by Michelle since I started to visit. She is skillful, knowledgeable & kind in equal measure & a huge part of such a professional & reassuring atmosphere. I'd also like to mention Naima, on reception, whose thoughtfulness & concern for a rather panicked patient, enabled such a good outcome. Thank you. I am tremendously grateful.”

Only negative was the older lady on customer service (think she was called Jane) wouldn't allow an exchange for a smaller size without receipt despite items still being tagged. I explained i had done returns and exchanges before with the receipt and she basically called me a lair as they have never allowed it before. Which was total BS!”

“I went to see Andy after picking up an injury playing football, as I was concerned about the impact it could have on my running. Andy was friendly, professional and thoroughly assessed the injury, offering me great advice on how to manage it and ensure that I didn't experience any further issues. As well as this, he offered me advice on my running plans and training schedule, as well as showing me specific exercises which will benefit me going forward. I will definitely be using these in my training and won't hesitate to go back to Andy in the future.”

“Great new cattery in a very convenient location. The owners were so friendly, flexible and obviously really love cats! We loved getting updates of our cat over WhatsApp. He was obviously very well looked after with plenty of attention, and he was very chilled when we picked him up. The pens are spacious with lovely views and plenty of things to entertain the cats, and they were very accommodating of his special diet. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be repeat customers!”

I then book an appointment to see Gary the dentist,who is very knowledgeable and explains what is what which makes a difference. I always feel relaxed and the atmosphere is very calming the nurses and very lovely professional and friendly. Since going there I have had whitening which I’m very pleased with and have a big smile now ! I also go see the hygienist too Brad firth he’s also very professional and explains , very friendly and makes you feel relaxed . “It’s been a while since I paid a visit to the dentist – got ripped off with my previous one some years ago. Since then, I’ve pulled a few of my own without pain-relief – that said, I called emergency at Shipley Dental Centre very recently – got an appointment and went. I explained the problem – they listened – didn’t act like Double Glazing Salesmen – and went ahead and extracted the tooth – no fuss – no bull – no problems. I don’t ask for anything less. Well recommended.”

“Tooth implant completed. A fairly long process in that it's divided into stages. From initial removing of a tooth which had cracked, become loose and infected. After a consultant process listing all the available options. From a standard removable denture, to a fixed one, to a full implant. An implant, effectively, gives you a new tooth. But, is the most expensive option. You have to be aware that everybody is different and chances of success vary from person to person. I found that I was kept very well-informed and had a clear understanding of each stage of the process. The implant requires a series of procedures. These have to be timed to enable the bodies natural healing process to take place, before moving onto the next stage. You also have to be aware that each procedure time can vary depending on the amount of work required. I had one very long session in the chair, to remove an amount of infected bone, caused by my old tooth. However, the final result was worth waiting for, with my new tooth being fitted feeling just like an exact duplication of a natural tooth. In conclusion, I am pleased that I opted to go for an implant and can certainly recommend Muirhead & Associates and Dr Ahmer /Ange / Rose and team.”

“I went to see Jamie about an issue with my foot after I broke it. We had a chat about how it happened and what I thought it could be. After mobilizing my foot I felt instant relief and was back up and running as normal the next day! We had a follow up session the next week to make sure id been doing my exercises and was discharged. I would highly recommend Jamie, great customer care and very effective treatment.”

“Salaam, I’ve had the intolerance test done in July . My main issue was feeling uncomfortable with bloating nausea indigestion. My weight was never coming down . It’s October now alhamdullilah first thing I noticed was bloating reduced significantly and I feel as though I’ve come down at least one dress size if not more . Hardest part was first few weeks cutting out on sugar now I don’t crave it . Alhamdullilah, ma sha Allah.”
