“I went to see Andy after picking up an injury playing football, as I was concerned about the impact it could have on my running. Andy was friendly, professional and thoroughly assessed the injury, offering me great advice on how to manage it and ensure that I didn't experience any further issues. As well as this, he offered me advice on my running plans and training schedule, as well as showing me specific exercises which will benefit me going forward. I will definitely be using these in my training and won't hesitate to go back to Andy in the future.”

“It’s been a while since I paid a visit to the dentist – got ripped off with my previous one some years ago. Since then, I’ve pulled a few of my own without pain-relief – that said, I called emergency at Shipley Dental Centre very recently – got an appointment and went. I explained the problem – they listened – didn’t act like Double Glazing Salesmen – and went ahead and extracted the tooth – no fuss – no bull – no problems. I don’t ask for anything less. Well recommended.”

“Salaam, I’ve had the intolerance test done in July . My main issue was feeling uncomfortable with bloating nausea indigestion. My weight was never coming down . It’s October now alhamdullilah first thing I noticed was bloating reduced significantly and I feel as though I’ve come down at least one dress size if not more . I then book an appointment to see Gary the dentist,who is very knowledgeable and explains what is what which makes a difference. I always feel relaxed and the atmosphere is very calming the nurses and very lovely professional and friendly. Since going there I have had whitening which I’m very pleased with and have a big smile now ! I also go see the hygienist too Brad firth he’s also very professional and explains , very friendly and makes you feel relaxed . “I went to see Jamie about an issue with my foot after I broke it. We had a chat about how it happened and what I thought it could be. After mobilizing my foot I felt instant relief and was back up and running as normal the next day! We had a follow up session the next week to make sure id been doing my exercises and was discharged. “I was very dubious of EMDR therapy at first, however when Neil fully explained the approach to me, it made complete logical sense and very easy to understand how this type of treatment can work. Subsequently with Neil's very professional support this fantastic technique has been used to treat two very different personal issues for me bereavement and a fear of flying. Both of which had fantastic results and I would highly recommend Neil at the Victoria Therapy Centre as a very professional therapist and for anyone who doesn't like the conventional "speaking" approach to therapy to try EMDR - It works wonders!
