Great place to attend for physio. I’m currently being treated by Trinity — she’s highly professional, great to talk to, and clearly focused on getting me back to full recovery for my marathon in Rome in March 2026. Highly recommended.

Had very limiting lower back pain/muscle damage which had stopped me being able to exercise or sit comfortably for any amount of time. After a few sessions with Hayley and doing physio exercises at home I've been able to start exercising again & beginning to build up strength. Highly recommend this place, very friendly staff and great treatment.
Great service! I went to see Jamie about ongoing pain in my legs and knees. He quickly identified a tendon issue and developed an exercise plan to treat it, while still allowing me pursue my cycling and walking hobbies. He is really knowledgeable and provided much needed reassurance that it would get better, which it did!
Fabulous service from the diagnosis right through to the end of treatment. All staff were very friendly and Jamie was excellent in diagnosing and treating my injury and was very helpful with any questions. Would absolutely reccommend!
Highly recommended. I made an appointment with Jamie regading an ongoing knee problem I've had for the last 5 to 10 years. Jamie quickly identified I had a chronic it band, of which he explained clearly and then developed a detailed recovery programme for me. I'm happy to say I am now able to run with no pain and am extremely pleased with the results. It's been an absolute pleasure working through this with Jamie. Only wished I went 5 years ago

From booking a prompt appointment with the efficient Suzi, to the treatment and aftercare with the incredibly professional Jamie or Beata. You’ll most certainly be in excellent hands! Thanks to Jamie’s knowledge and skills, my moderate to severe ankle injury is now 100% healed and I’ve been left with full movement and regained proprioception in the injured ligaments. I went to see Jamie about an issue with my foot after I broke it. We had a chat about how it happened and what I thought it could be. After mobilizing my foot I felt instant relief and was back up and running as normal the next day! We had a follow up session the next week to make sure id been doing my exercises and was discharged. I would highly recommend Jamie, great customer care and very effective treatment.
