Andy was friendly, professional and thoroughly assessed the injury, offering me great advice on how to manage it and ensure that I didn't experience any further issues. As well as this, he offered me advice on my running plans and training schedule, as well as showing me specific exercises which will benefit me going forward. After mobilizing my foot I felt instant relief and was back up and running as normal the next day! We had a follow up session the next week to make sure id been doing my exercises and was discharged.
