Andy was friendly, professional and thoroughly assessed the injury, offering me great advice on how to manage it and ensure that I didn't experience any further issues. As well as this, he offered me advice on my running plans and training schedule, as well as showing me specific exercises which will benefit me going forward. Subsequently with Neil's very professional support this fantastic technique has been used to treat two very different personal issues for me bereavement and a fear of flying. “I had an accident back in 2018 where I became trapped in a confined space and was really suffering with the traumatic after effects. I was booked in to attend 6 sessions using EMDR. I had no idea what to expect or if it would work? I was quite embarrassed by all this as I've never needed counselling before but I was made to feel at ease and actually looked forward to the sessions. I can't explain what I went through after the accident or how EMDR works but the effects were pretty amazing. I cannot thank this guy enough for what he did.”
