I have visited this practice three times with my child, who has a dental abscess, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing overall. The first appointment was good, and the dentist explained that my child needed three fillings while we waited for a community referral. During the second visit, we came back because the abscess flared up again and pus was coming from his gum. We waited more than 30 minutes past our appointment time. When we were finally seen, the dentist did check the abscess, but he did not check all of my child’s teeth to assess whether the decay had worsened. He simply repeated that extractions were needed and told us to keep waiting for community services. This was worrying, considering the ongoing infection and pain. On our third visit, we arrived slightly late and were told we couldn’t be seen. This felt unfair because of the long delays in our previous appointments. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, which I appreciated. Overall, my child still has a dental abscess, and despite multiple visits, we haven’t received a thorough reassessment or clear guidance. I am disappointed with the lack of continuity and care.

Thank you to all the team here. I am petrified of dentists following a couple of bad experiences and waited 2 years with a cracked tooth and needing a filling before i could go to one again ! i was shaking in the chair for a filling . Bilal was amazing on arrival and really helped calm me , rukhsannah (and her assistant im sorry I missed your name i was that busy squeezing your hand so hard !) You were both brilliant over my fear and listened and talked to me (as requested !) The whole way through keeping me calm. Highly recommend all and have booked i for my next check up already!!!

I am a very nervous patient but no matter how anxious I am the team are always able to calm my nerves. Today I needed a filling, Tina was extremely kind, caring and explained what she would be doing. Always encouraging and ensuring I was ok. This is a great dental practice.

It’s been a while since I paid a visit to the dentist – got ripped off with my previous one some years ago. Since then, I’ve pulled a few of my own without pain-relief – that said, I called emergency at Shipley Dental Centre very recently – got an appointment and went. I explained the problem – they listened – didn’t act like Double Glazing Salesmen – and went ahead and extracted the tooth – no fuss – no bull – no problems. I don’t ask for anything less. Well recommended.

I have to say priyesh surti is probably one of the best dentists I have ever had. He is friendly to his patients and his colleagues and professional, he explains everything, being a nurse myself I know how important this is to a patient He very gentle and Best of all his dental work is pain free, even the injection which I dislike the most was pain free!. Thank you

The perfect service for anyone wanting to take care of their teeth. Tina, Shannon & Alex all took fantastic care of me during my visit for a routine check up & hygiene appointments. They were very informative on how I am currently doing with my personal care as well what I can improve on. I can't fault them at all. & their legend of a receptionist - Sarah, made me feel right at home when I got there (a bit of a lej if you ask me)

Just found out that I have waited over a year on a waiting list that never existed! I was told a while ago that I was on a waiting list of 2 years and when I called back today I was told they weren't even doing waiting lists! I understand that funding is an issue with dentistry, but the way I have been treated by this practice is not acceptable. Their reception staff need better training. I have been waiting with a ripped gum for over a year to find out I have to wait in pain for another 2-5 years! Not acceptable

Great service with the professional team, always put at ease and made welcome, and the dentist, in this case, Priyesh Surti, took time to show me the x-rays and discuss the state of my teeth and what to look out for. A very enjoyable visit today. A highly recommended dental practice.

This dental and hygienist clinic is really great. I'm very satisfied with both these services. I was sad to say goodbye to my London dental/hygienist practice when I moved up to Saltaire and thought I'd never find another service I'd be as happy with- but I truly am. The standards are high, the quality high, and the advice/recommendations spit on. The receptionist staff have been very helpful and efficient. The COVID-19 standards have been excellent too. I highly recommend this clinic. Iain S
