“Bingley Counselling and Psychotherapy is a fantastic practice for anyone wanting assistance with any ongoing or situational anxieties or stresses. The setting is calming and therapeutic. The location is easy to get and in a pleasant area. The building is dual-use, so it’s great for anyone that’s a little nervous about first attending. Booking is easy and you’ll be given guidance as to how to park, pay or re-book; nothing seems too much trouble. The sessions are paced extremely intuitively there’s no pressure at all from the therapist. Everything is really well explained using a combination of talking, diagrams and props, suiting lots of learning styles. The therapy is a great investment for anyone wanting to move or grow beyond a particular pattern,or simple ‘check-in’ to help stay on track.”

I had no idea what to expect or if it would work?
