Great practice. From the minute you arrive you are made to feel extremely welcome. Kelly the receptionist is a credit to the practice. Kind caring polite and very friendly. The staff are fantastic and professional and the practice is very clean and welcoming.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Booking the appointment was extremely easy online even though I was a new customer. The dentist was lovely and put me at ease as I hadn't been for years so felt nervous. There was no hard customer selling and trying to get me to pay for unnecessary work. The staff were very trustworthy. The prices were very reasonable.
Great friendly experience everytime Ive been. Very accommodating when booking appointments, with the nature of my job making it a little more difficult to know exactly when I will be off. Very informative and talk everything through so you know exactly whats going on and what options you have.
Mo is a fabulous dentist. He has made my teeth the best that they can be. He is professional, patient and friendly. Now I love to smile!
Had my first appointment today at bupa dental Bingley. Walking in I was greeted by two lovely ladies Tishara and Georgia who I believe to be the practice manager. Both made me feel so at ease about being very nervous about being there. I was then taken into meet my dentist Aaleen and her nurse Julia who both made me feel so at comfortable straight away. Aaleen was amazing took her time with me to explain everything she would do and why she would do it. The experience on a whole was amazing, after years of having nothing but negative feelings towards going to the dentist I now know with the right dentist practice and the right staff there is absolutely nothing to be worried about.

got an emergency appointment with intention of going private in May I explained I have a dental anxieties the receptionist and their website seemed to suggest a suited service for me ... instead was treated to an awful experience that set me back years in terms of coping with dentistry. the dentist was both dismissive and clearly wanted to rush ( 50 seconds is not enough for the injection to work) and was wrong about needing extraction I came to learn later. luckily I got with a private dentist in eccleshill and I'm now in a good position dental wise and happy about visiting the dentist after all the work that's been done I don't regret the private cost and understand it was my own neglect thats the issue ....but it should be clear that you don't tell a patient they need to go elsewhere to get sedated when you advertise the service on your website......finally the "covid charge" is laughable I hope you used the charge for the needless extraction that never happened with me to cover the "covid charge" of other emergency patients that actually wanted private dentistry. I laugh and refer them to eccleshill practice when I hear others consider Bupa dental now
I have today cancelled my wife and my dental plan with BUPA dental care Bingley due to the disgraceful way that have dealt with us over the imposed COVID PPE charges. We carried on paying our monthly payment through out the COVID situation as a measure of support for a business that we had been with for over 30 years. My wife had an appointment booked in July which the practice asked her to move as they had a dentist off ill, this she agreed to, and the new appointment was for early August. Some 5 days before this new appointment we received a letter from BUPA about the new COVID PPE charges, my wife rang the practice to confirm, that as the letter was giving 30 days notice she would not be charged any additional charges at her visit in 5 days. She was told that these charges would be payable, even though the 30 days notice had not been given and that she would not be allowed in the building without paying them. Furthermore they would simply cancel the appointment and remake it for 30 days later. Now I know the charge is only £7, but to be treated like that was disgraceful. We took this up with the practice manager, who simply said there was nothing she could do. So for the sake of a £7 fee they have lost two loyal customers who have been with them for 30 years.
