First time visiting here. I rang up to ask about parking, very helpful with this. I have bupa insurance which eased the anxiety of the price. Every one from the receptionist, dentist and dental nurse were all lovely, so reassuring and helpful. Great service will definitely come back again. Thankyou :)
I'm a new patient here.. my partner, who's really nervous with dentists recommended signing up. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. My new dentist Katarzya is fantastic. Thorough, calming, no rushing, explains everything really clearly throughout and is happy to talk in detail about anything at the end. We had a thorough chat about what my previous dentists had done and why. I don't know why I waited so long to move dentists. Thankyou!
I was a very nervous patient and at the first visit all my fears disappeared upon walking through the door. The receptionists were friendly and the building and waiting area were clean and the atmosphere overall was very welcoming and professional. The dentist and his assistant were both lovely and calmed any fears I had. I am not worried at all about going to the dentist again, and my son who was with me received the same treatment where despite his many questions the dentist was very patient with him. many thanks Michelle and Callum
Had my last appointment the other day. As usual Sarah on reception was lovely and helpful. I was very nervous going in for my procedure but Katarzyna was so lovely, comforting and reassuring. She spoke through everything she was going to do and kept making sure throughout my 50 minute appointment that I was okay. I would highly recommend Bupa Dental Care especially if you are nervous about visiting dentists!

A nice looking dental practice, but the reception staff can be quite snobby towards NHS patients.

A swelling occurred on the gum, the practice found a slot for me even though they had many patients to see that day. All was resolved quickly . The staff are super friendly and caring. A great service from this team . Many thanks
Have been with the practice for many years and always had good care. Recently my teenage son had to have a remaining milk tooth removed. He doesn't enjoy a dental appointment at the best of times so was particularly anxious for this one. Maria, our dentist, was amazing - she took the time to explain to him directly what she would be doing, the reasons for it and what could happen if the tooth wasn't removed. At each step of the treatment she waited until he was ready and took everything at his pace - thanks Maria
