This has been my dental practice for the last 40 years. During this period i have been a patient of Micheal Leatham for the 1st 20 yrs Following Micheal’s retirement I was assigned to Steve Batty and I have found Steve a very pleasant, competent and helpful dentist.
I had a tooth which was bothering me. I called in the afternoon and was given an emergency appointment for the following morning. The problem was not straightforward and I was taken through the options by Mr Bardon. We settled on a course of actions, which I am following. I am very satisfied with the all-round excellent care.
They have really helped me get transferred across and register my children when I was stuck in an emergency. The reception staff were so helpful and really gave us solutions. My son saw Helen who was lovely and worked with him to get the best outcome even when he wasn't being the easiest patient. Very grateful for all your help.
I've had an excellent experience at Baildon Dental Centre - been with them for years. The treatment and service has always been top-notch. The staff are organised, friendly, and make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Both the Dentist and Hygienist are incredibly gentle, helpful and informative - they take the time to explain everything clearly and make each visit as comfortable as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Just a message to say a massive thank you to Steve and his excellent team at Baildon Dental Centre. If any dental service can beat the care I received this morning I would like to meet them. I rang at 9.10am with a loose crown, I was concerned because I was going abroad, the receptionist spoke to Mr Batty, rang me back at 9.20 I was told that if I could get to the centre ASAP I would be seen. I arrived 9.35am Was treated within 3 minutes. Crown removal Cleaned, replaced 9.43am. So from ringing to walking out less than half an hour phenomenal service. Big Thankyou to all the team. Tony.
