   Excellent Pharmacy - always my first choice. I have multiple problems and that can sometimes mean I'm a difficult customer but I'm always treated very well by the team at Shipley Pharmacy. They are professional, courteous and try to be quick even when it's busy. I go and speak to their duty pharmacist before I try my GP and more often than not I get a much, much quicker answer. Never once have I been told to come back because of Out Of Stock items which happens a lot at other pharmacies I've been to. I was even able to get my flu jab from the pharmacy immediately rather than the 3-4 week wait from the surgery. That's service! Parking and access is easy - I have a Blue Badge. Thank you Shipley Pharmacy!

   Absolutely disgusted that they changed my desired pharmacy THACKLEY to theres without telling me!!! What right do you have to go into my record and change information. I will be reporting you to the authorities like so many people and chemists already have. I hope you go out of business!

   STOP PLEASE READ!!!!! This chemist is disgusting extremely rude especially the new manager my daughter has a life threatening condition.this chemist took my daughters prescription without mine or her consent.this goes against any data protection we should have its theft,fraud, and data protection i gave 1 star but they dont deserve it not in the slightest but apparently other chemist's are at it also stealing prescriptions without consent I would advise anyone to call their GP surgery and make sure your nominated chemist is who you authorised my son waited 3 weeks for a prescription that was taken by another chemist. If your a chemist and reading this you should be ashamed of what you are doing their are people lives your messing with on life changing medication.

   I booked for a Flu Jab and was given a specific appointment time, as with all my appointments I always make sure I’m on time. Upon arrival I was asked to fill in some paperwork and then take a seat. I was made to wait over 30 minutes before being called, bearing in mind I was the only person in the pharmacy, and the cubicle used for patients was also empty when I arrived. There never seems to be any urgency in this place, it’s all a bit like “we’ll get to you when we get to you” ….. I probably wouldn’t have minded so much if I’d been informed there was going to be a 30-minute delay, but watching you all wandering about aimlessly in cloud Cuckoo land, was quite annoying!

   Zero customer service and it seems very chaotic, I moved to this pharmacy as it is closer and easier to pick up prescriptions - or so I thought. The last two times I have been, they don't have all my prescription so give me an IOU (unbelievable for a repeat prescription) I went in today, 3 staff in. Left me to wait while they were doing "something", then when they finally served me they didn't know which box my prescription was in (even though it had been delivered a couple of days ago) and when it was found, some wasn't included, even though I had left it 4 days before collecting (after the problems last time) - which is unacceptable for critical medication Why Rowlands believe it is acceptable to leave medication lying around in boxes while staff sit there complaining about other staff members is beyond me My plan to go here because it is closer is working out less efficient than I would expect. So will return to my previous pharmacy

   Never seem to open on time as they don't have a pharmacist in and they have no idea when one will turn up. Staff have zero customer service skills. Won't recommend this place.

   If I could rate this pharmacy a 0 I would, today has just tipped me over the edge. The staff were abrupt. The service was shocking and it was just chaos. I completely understand there is a pandemic on and covid has a lot to answer for but there was a man in there whom had been in there waiting for over an hour. There was 7 people waiting to be served and there was 3 staff dealing with 1 person. Then when another person walked in a staff member went on break leaving the other 2 to deal with this same 1person. My prescription was ordered on Tuesday I even called up yesterday to check it and she said it would be ready after 4 today was it ready no. I was in there 45 minutes. I don’t think the staff member whom went on her break should have done so with a queue that was so long ago. In any job if there are 7 people requiring assistance you do what you can to give them the service they need it’s called customer service doesn’t matter if it’s face to face or over the phone. I will be requesting for my prescription to be sent to a more reliable chemist in future

   Since the move there is more space inside and out. Which means a lot better access for the elderly, infirm and disabled. Staff are friendly and excellent at their jobs and they always have a smile.
