Whitakers have been brilliant. We bought multiple appliances from them for our kitchen rebuild. Right from the start, their knowledgeable, friendly staff gave us great advice and kept us fully updated on delivery dates. Everything came on time apart from one oven which was a supply issue and even in that case, they were brilliant and installed a brand new alternative oven to keep us fully operational till ours arrived.Their range of appliances and their customer service is second to none. All their staff are great, including their friendly, knowledgeable delivery guys.Thank you. Will be going nowhere else in the future and can happily recommend them to all my friends.
We have just had our new dishwasher installed by two engineers from Whittaker’s They did an excellent quick installation and were extremely knowledgeable. They gave myself and my wife instructions on the dishwasher and also on a washer dryer we had purchased previously. I can’t praise them highly enough
Whitakers have been superb! Recommended by friends & family. I remember my parents shopping there when I was a child. It is no surprise that this family run business is still thriving. As with most purchases for our extension I get at least 3 prices from different suppliers. Whitakers were great from the outset, they provided a really detailed quote & addressed all our requirements at various stages of our reviews of the specs & costs. Their manner was professional throughout, nothing too difficult for them. We were subject to supply chain issues from a leading manufacturer, COVID probably adding to this. Whitakers went out of their way to resolve this & communication was great. We shall definitely be using Whitakers again.
