   Sorry it's taken me a week to write this, but I'm sure you will understand. Emma came to our home to put our family dog to sleep Tues 25th Nov. She was absolutely fantastic. Empathetic, not hurried and it was a very dignified and peaceful passing. Her post care and attention with paw print and fur sample was well above and beyond for the price. I would wholeheartedly recommend this vet to anyone having to go through this difficult time. Thank-you Emma

   My mum called home comforts when her dog was very unwell and was obviously at the end of his life. They were very kind to my mum and she was really grateful for their kindness and understanding. They also delivered the dogs ashes as she was unable to make it to them due to being disabled. Really great service.

   When our elderly GSD was coming to the end of her life I wanted her to be at home with her family. I left a message out of hours and was contacted as soon as the practice opened. The staff came out, assessed her and then dealt with everything in a very caring, empathetic and professional way. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend their exceptional service.

   Today we made the difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog Bodhi. Having called and discussing this with Emma she understood the need for this to be an urgent need. She agreed to visit with us later that day and explained the whole process. Bodhi sadly passed away before she arrived but she still came to our home and looked after Bodhi’s aftercare/ further needs/cremation etc. We are so grateful for her understanding compassion and professionalism during this difficult time.    Sadly, it was time to say goodbye to our gentle boy. We were dreading the moment, but Emma was so kind, so gentle with Archie (and us) and so incredibly professional, in what was a completely devastating time. Thank you for treating Archie with kindness and enabling a dignified goodbye for us all. We miss him, but are so grateful that Emma made a difficult day so much easier.

   Highly recommend these guys. I was dreading the thought of saying goodbye to my almost 18 year old cocker, Bailey. I didn't want to take him to the vets and wanted him to go to sleep at home. Home comfort vets came to my house and it was so peaceful and caring, and definitely the right choice for us. The whole process was so easy and everything was taken care of..I even purchased an amazing urn for his ashes to be put in. He now sits in his favourite spot, taking in the sun again.. Thank you so much for everything.

   Emma delivered palliative care for my dog Skye, I had been worried about the meds (paracetamol based) by a previous vet were not adequate for a dying dog. She only lived 5 weeks after diagnosis of cancer and obtaining pain relief was very important to me to enable time to let my dog go peacefully at home by Emma. I then took her to Beulah Farm who also looked after my dog personally. Emma is unbelievably reasonably priced and I'll always be thankful she stepped in and took over palliative care for Skye. Thank you to the team. She's also spayed these girls recently too at very reasonable costs.
