Terrible first impression from arrival. Dismissive receptionist and rather abrupt veterinary nurse, both lacking any compassion or genuine care/interest. The vet was pleasant enough, but failed to ask about doing a blood testβ¦ just went ahead without consent so they could charge an extra Β£18 on top the already extortionate consultation fee. The attitude soon changed when I said I was seeking a second opinion elsewhere, as they knew they wouldnβt be getting any more money. So glad I got a second option as it became clear that Vets Now did not accurately diagnose my pet and were willing to put her through unnecessary, invasive treatment, prolonging her suffering, just to get more money. I wish Iβd read the reviews before coming here. In the end, I got excellent, highly professional, compassionate care elsewhere. Unfortunately, I got completely robbed by Vets Now.A VERY expensive and distressful mistake. Avoid!

We took our dog as an emergency for an allergic reaction. They were very efficient and saw us immediately. The vet was fantastic with him and not only treated him for the reaction but also for another problem he had. Highly recommended and thank you very much

Took my dog in for the emergency, staff are great, everything is fine, management is BAD. Paid deposit of 250Β£, a week later insurance paid out full amount to vets β¦ 3 months in now β¦ they still didnβt refund deposit minus excess about 150Β£ β¦ now I will need to chase. I wonder how many people never bother to chase and lose money? This is an embarrassment

Would just like to credit vets now for helping us with our poorly pup. They were at the end of the phone twice on Sunday night giving us advice for free and options for treatment. They could have just accepted our money for an emergency consultation but were honest in that they wouldn't be able to do much and reassure us that the best care would be to wait to see our usual vet the next morning.

Unfortunately the past weekend was our 2nd experience of Vets Now, itβs never an ideal situation but the whole team make everything feel a lot better and try keep it as stress free as possible. The vet Gillian (I think her name was) was absolutely fantastic, did everything and more for us! Bruno is now home and recovering, heβs starting to get his cheeky side back! We cannot thank the team enough for helping our fur baby get better!

The staff there treated our little kitten Pluto, who unfortunately was dead before we reached them, with so much respect and care. Kept his body safe and returned him to my distraught daughters in one of their own towels. Ever do grateful.

Had to bring my old boy Max here at the weekend as he was in need of emergency turned end of life care and we were treated with respect and dignity as I was absolutely heartbroken in the surgery at having to make the decision to have my beloved boy PTS. Max was cared for swiftly and seen to promptly once he began seizuring in the waiting room. He was provided with oxygen and sedation at no cost. The vet was informative and very patient with us and he let me hold my boy for the procedure and gave us as much time as required with him once he had gone. Thank you vets now for the prompt care and treatment of my very loved boy and thanks to the vet for being so kind and patient and arranging his private cremation for us.

My cat has been cared for over night in Bradford Vets Now and is there for the second night. I just received a call from the lovely vet there, Sandreen, to say sheβs made a full recovery with her blood work! Amazing! We are so thankful. Also shout out to helpful reception staff who helped with my daughter, the wonderful Faye who cared for Luna over two nights and James the other vet who took over from Sandreen in the night. So thankful to have our fur baby safely back home!
