The vets here are lovely with our cat. Affordable and appointments can work around people that work 9-5s. Our little man went for neutering and the vets were so good with him and I think they loved our cat Sox :)

We trust everyone at vets4pets to look after Tilly & Bella. All vets and staff go way beyond to help us.

I just popped into the vets to ask a question about my poorly cat. Even though my cat isn’t registered there, the staff and the Vet Aimee were way more helpful than they had to be and helped me out without asking for anything for the privilege. I’m not suggesting they are doing freebies, just helped me out in a situation when I needed it. Highly recommend.

5* The staff go above and beyond they have made us feel welcome the girls who are normally petrified of the vets we so excited on there return check up after being spayed its a small clean vets with parking area, a great atmosphere the whole team came and said hi to my dogs and introduced them selves . I found vets for pets looking for a better price on spaying my to girls and I saved a total of £376 on them both. No costs were cut my dogs were incredibly well looked after, since using vets for pets ive decided to keep them here as I belive being a vet isn't just about helping animals its about bonding with them beforehand and making sure there owner feels comfortable enough to leave there pet, normally with a total stranger.. Taking the time to talk to myself and physically cuddle my dogs made a difference... Its not all about money there is a love for Animals.. Thank you for your great service time and patience with the girls..

A great little vets - staff are friendly and our little cat is always looked after and handled gently. Dr Makis is our favourite vet as he is lovely with our cat who is shy and quite nervous. The vet nurses are also lovely and great for claw trims and flea/worm spot treatments plus general advice. We have the V4P vet plan which I think is good value, we get check-ups throughout the year plus flea and worm treatments included.

Just visited this Vets again because my poor pup was unwell. Now, bare in mind I’ve always lived with dogs in my family home but this is the first time I’ve been fully responsible for one. I love him, we all love our pets. And these Vets4Pets people are absolutely ripping us off and preying on our feelings for our beloved pets/companions. The £42 consultation is what it is. The Vet knew her stuff, took one look at him and had him diagnosed within 6-7 seconds. Fair play. I was out of the examination room within 2 minutes and been thoroughly ripped off at the sales counter, to the tune of £184. When I got home I looked up the items that were prescribed, and to my absolute disgust, and this hurts, I could’ve purchased all the exact same items, in the exact same quantity and the exact same dosage for a meagre £43.94. So why does this company feel it necessary to prey on our emotional attachment to our beloved pets? They charged me £142.23 for medication that can be bought independently for £43.94!? Who do they think they are? Now granted I’m sure there are medications for animals that aren’t so readily available and possibly require some form of authorisation from a governing body. But please, go see the Vet, get the piece of paper from them detailing what your pet needs and then just order it online for, in my case, £99 less. They are taking advantage of our love and affection for our companions, and that is disgusting.

They performed surgery on one of my dogs hind legs 4 months on and and hes leg seems fine (cruciate ligament rupture), good relationship with my dog. Always helpful and empathtic when phoning up for advise after surgery.

We have a v nervous Lurcher who hates going to the vet. Previously we have had some pretty bad experiences but since moving to Pudsey vets 4 pets he has been absolutely fine ☺️

Just called in for some help as my dog had pulled off a small dressing on my way back from a specialist vets in the car. It was just a piece of cotton wool with a bit of vet wrap on where he had the cannula placed. I didnt want him to continue licking the leg on the rest of my drive home as he had made it very sore.. I asked kindly if I could have a piece of vetwrap/ cotton pad just to cover it for the next 5 mins to stop him licking it. The receptionists said "his leg will swell with a bandage on etc etc" He needs a cone. I am sure she has seen dogs leave the vets with a tiny dressing on their legs where they have been shaved. I just wanted something to cover for 5 mins to get us home in the car. I understand very well how dressings work. Now I know why I don't use Vets4pets.Very unhelpful especially to someone with a disability

I wasn’t happy with price of the visit to the vets. I spoke to the vet for 30 minutes and he kept repeating the same line about my dog. I felt as if he was deliberately trying to keep me there and my suspicion was confirmed when I got a £44 bill. I would understand if the vet gave me some advice or medication for my dog but instead a £44 bill. I don’t think charging people £44 in this day an age whilst people are struggling to make ends meet is acceptable. I would recommend going else where!
