All the team are phenomenal! Extremely compassionate and friendly! All of my pets are registered with the team and I wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else! Do I even dare say my pets look forward to seeing the team!❤️ Thank you for looking after my fur babies like they're your own!❤️
Rokas was amazing when I came in for my appointment today with my dog he was polite kind and was gentle with Sammy. The reception team was chatty and helpful highly recommend idle vets for pets
Had a fantastic service when I took my baby dog Pebs to the vets she was very old with dementia and they were extremely patient with her I recommend this place to everyone the staff are so friendly and the place is always extra clean Thankyou to everyone who works there
Both the nurse and the vet were very gentle and thoughtful in their handling of my cat. They explained what they were doing at each stage and treated Poppy with kindness and skill. I was made to feel fully involved with her treatment and future care options. Everyone at this branch of Vet's for Pets is extremely kind and helpful. They quickly learned Poppy's name and greet us warmly. They are friendly and very efficient. I don't know what I'd do without them. A big thank you to them all.
All the staff are kind and helpful. I always feel like they have my pet's best interests at heart. I feel like the receptionists are always helpful. The vets have always been fantastic and explained everything really clearly, and this helps me to make decisions about my pets. The nurses are always supportive.
Wonderful exceptional service. We were visiting relatives in Bradford and our Golden Retriever developed a sore betwern 2 claws in a front foot. As it swelled we called the vets and were seen immediately. An inter digital cyst was diagnosed and antibiotics were prescribed. Mind at rest. Becky, the vet, was fantastic, the reception staff were excellent. Thank you
Lovely reception staff very friendly . Vet also lovely she was great with my puppy. Always happy with this practice. They did all they could when my dog was sadly run over and passed away and now they are the vet for my new puppy . Tracey and staff are fab
I needed the lift for my old dog and they offered to come down to me if it was out of order. There was an aggressive dog in the waiting room which they professionally moved away so my large dogs could pass safely. The vet genuinely cared and engaged with my dogs.
