   Seem like they're really good with animals. My dog was at ease with the consultation & is usually very nervous. Kept me updated about payments treatment etc. Very good. Expensive but aren't all vets these days.

   Fantastic vets. They really care about their clients, both animal and human! Nothing was too much trouble and the vet & nurse both went out of their way to make my dogs feel comfortable as they were nervous having blood taken. It was so refreshing to come to a vets which sell raw & healthy foods for animals, and to feel that every decision was up to me as my dogs' owner rather than feeling pressured into anything as I have previously experienced with other vet practices! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Towerwood

   Paid for vaccine, flea and worming treatment on first visit, however upon returning for second visit my kitten never received her worming treatment as apparently she “doesn’t need it”. I payed full price for half a service. Robbing thieves

   This practice, its nurses and the vets give a brilliant and complete service to their customers. I won't ever go anywhere else Both my dogs are entering their end of their journey with me on this earth. And the support, advice, care and love provided is beyond description. To have support when living alone and facing end of life care and decisions, to me that's taking the care of the pet and the owner to new levels and I cannot praise them enough. Thanks team. Hope its not just yet, but getting more prepared for what will come.

   My parents took my childhood dog here for the last 10 years or so of his life, they continue to take their other 3 dogs and I take my dog. The vets have always been wonderful, so loving and show genuine care for the animals. They're also amazing to ask for advice, very friendly and helpful!

   Very warm,friendly and helpful staff working at this practice. My dog is happy everytime we go there. Staff's approach to animals is very professional and kind. The pet plan is affordable and brilliant. Towerwood Vets always remind me when my dog should come for another weighing in accordance to get the right dosage of flea and worm treatment. The tablets look like dog biscuits and my dog eats it on its own without any fuss. I would highly recommend Towerwood Vets to everyone who wants the best service for their pet.
