“I have a pet cockatiel and she suddenly became really poorly after 2 weeks of getting her. There are no avian vets local to me and I wasn't able to travel far, so a friend recommended this place to me. I went on Monday and discussed to the man all the symptoms the bird was showing. He listened to everything and gave me advice and also gave me some antibiotic for the cockatiel. She is now much healthier again and flying around like normal. They have great customer service and are such lovely people.”

“I independently volunteer here on a weekly basis and they are a wonderful genuinely caring team of true animal lovers in a stunning location. The boarding rooms are hygienic and well sanitised and they run like clockwork to keep things routines and consistent for the animals in their care which minimises stress. The staff are accommodating to individual needs and are well communicated, and the animals are treated with love and respect. The dogs have access to a large secure exercise field with toys to play with and staff to interact with. If I ever needed to look for boarding for my two dogs I wouldn't hesitate to bring them here even if it is a 50 miles drive each way”

“Grooming Dales in Bradford have been absolutely brilliant with my dog Zeus. He’s a very timid boy and I don’t usually feel comfortable leaving him anywhere, but the team here are so gentle and caring with him. Every visit, they take their time and make sure he feels at ease, and he always comes back looking and smelling amazing. It’s such a relief to have found groomers I can really trust. Thank you to everyone at Grooming Dales for always doing such a wonderful job and for looking after Zeus so well”

“I've read the reviews about this Veterinary practice and I personally have nothing but praise for our Cleckheaton branch. Our little dog Odie was diagnosed with diabetes 19 months ago and with the vets and all staff (especially Stacey) Odie was happy and comfortable until the end. I can't praise the vet at Morley (Hazal) enough, she was so good with Odie at the end, she had tears in her eyes and the 2 nurses who put Odie's canula in where so kind, they spoke gently to Odie all the time. They couldn't do enough and where so caring and sympathetic and nothing was rushed, we where allowed as much time as we needed. When we went to collect Odie's ashes, the presentation was so thoughtful and again Stacey was kind and gentle, allowing us the time we needed to enable us to take him home. A big thank you from our hearts to all the staff involved in Odie's care from him being a puppy until his peaceful sleep.”

“The lady in the groom room today (fri13thjan2023) was very helpful and patient with my super nervous dog. Thank you for all your help. My dog really struggles having his claws trimmed and you were really helpful and caring towards him. He gets very stressed easily and you kept him at mostly at ease. He got a new toy and has forgotten all about it now. Hopefully next time will be easier for us all but I am confident he is in safe hands. Here again today (13th May 2024) groom room were great as always and special shout out to Jordan at the tills for helping with a problem over the phone to the flea service. Great customer service. “I am quite impressed by this place, large and well laid out store. They cater for all types of pets small and large. Good selection of treats and food, plus toys equipment like leads, collers etc. The quality of stuff is very good, and the prices are very reasonable. Staff and owners are a friendly and helpful bunch, nothing is to much trouble. There is good free parking outside, and good access for disabled, with plenty of room inside to move around.”

“Amazing boarding kennels. If I could give them 10/10 I would. Always look after our large breed dog and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We had a bad experience before and Toot Hill changed our view immediately even from the first look around. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The service is very competitively priced and reasonable. Emma is brilliant in responding to boarding requests via WhatsApp and they are very accommodating. My dog is always happy to see us when we pick him up, but also happy to see the team at TootHill on arrival which makes the process of leaving him a little less stressful! Thank you to the team”

“The conference lunch was delicious, and everything throughout our stay was excellent. We come here quite often, and this experience was good as always. Highly recommended! Silvia was extremely professional and made our visit exceptional. She helped check us in for our conference and hosted the entire event perfectly. We also saw her serving at the bar and look after reception — she truly does it all. After speaking with her, we learned she is a Supervisor, and it’s clear why. Very dedicated. We sure be back. Rudi was also very professional and those ladies looked after us regularly.”

“I mainly only use this shop for aquatic supplies and fish. Prices are good parking is good but some times the tanks look like they have been forgotten for a few days it can be off putting to see dead fish in so many tanks.”

“The RSPCA Halifax was really helpful and understanding about the dog we had chosen. The staff helped us chose the correct training leads and the harness for her. They explained to us how to look after her feeding pattern as she was underweight. Also if we had any problems they offered afrercare all we had to do was ring them up. Most professional. We would recommend them.”

“Stayed most of 1 night prior to early morning flight. Rooms usual Premier Inn standard. Extra tea, coffee etc available in reception. Had meal in adjacent Beefeater which was great. Hit cocktail hour (5pm) by chance and activated beefeater card for 50% off our food, so brilliant value. Taxi booked from hotel reception came exactly on time. Overall a stress free start to our holiday.”
