   Called here whilst searching for something very specific for our poorly dog, unfortunately they didn't have what we wanted, but the staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

   I'm all for safety and well being of birds which prevents the shop from selling birds without a proper cage so pleased with that. But then there are "rules" in there which are just outright nonsense. e.g can only buy a pair. Which is weird because pet shop acquires birds which are young (mostly) so "pair" shouldn't be part of discussion. What if I already have male birds and need a mate for it?? your care for birds starts and ends at the shop?? THAT is issue for me. We ought to be looking at the BIRD's interest. I should be able to pick a hen if I need a hen only. Like look out for me as well? Staff have been friendly and polite but im so butthurt because of all this.

   Fab pet shop, lovely staff plenty of products for a variety of pets. I bought my tarantula babies from here and puppy accessories. Decent pricing. There's parking outside with afew other shops aswell, (Iceland, wynsors, a charity shop and a pound saver) good for a browse

   Staff are always so friendly here and have a good knowledge of animals. We go to buy our geckos food and the live food seems to last much longer than other places. They have good offers and the prices are reasonable. Even Beans ( our gecko ) had a smile on herface when I showed her the new food .

   My experience of this store, based on giving them a number of chances, is that it is full of a great amount of choice which is not backed up with good customer service. The staff are not very friendly or approachable, and the lady with the Shortish bobbed hairstyle is quite snooty. The last two times I have bought something my 'thank you' and 'bye' have not been returned. In fact the lady didnt even make eye contact after the initial passing my purchase to her. Even my daughter commented on how moody she was. If you were to make eye contact and crack a smile your footfall might even increase! Try it!!

   Love it here get all the animals good for the month in bulk, my only issue is its starting to shoot up price wise (understandably) but its not working out much cheaper atm I used to safe loads

   Been there often, there is a guy there willing to walk with me to explain abt the fishes and advice which fishes can mix with it. I'm going back in a week after the 4 ft fish tank settled. Need better price labels in place for loose items.

   Great service, friendly and efficient staff. This was so much nicer than a previous experience at 'Pets At Home' - PAH were rude and aggresive towards my daughter. Today at Pet City they changed my daughter's opinion of pet stores. One happy little girl. Thank you
