Stayed for just 1 night. Sam on reception was really friendly and helpful & made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Would recommend.
Maybe a 5 minutes easy walk to the terminal. Clean comfy room...good big bed...nice towels. Parking rates are low. WiFi £3.50 for 24 hours...cheap. Lovely helpful Ukrainian gal at front desk today at 3pm. Good tv. A fair deal for the price.
Be careful using this Travelodge if you are using the car park. The parking terms and conditions are zealously enforced. I parked and paid and displayed my valid ticket. 10 days later I received a fine demanding payment due to as they say the posted terms and conditions were not complied with. I contacted the parking company and provided my valid parking ticket. They still implied I must pay the fine. I then had to provide more evidence (the hotel booking confirmation) before they waived the fine. Be aware and avoid if possible.
Not great. You are welcomed with a sign warning of fines and stating 'no stopping, picking up or dropping off' . Had to park elsewhere and struggle over with suitcases and wheelchair. Only once inside did i see a notice that you coukd obtain some kind of 15 minute pass. No bar or anywhere to get any refreshments other than a vending machine . No pub or shop close by. Rooms ok and the one staff member I saw was nice
Make sure you read the terms and conditions. This hotel changed my location at 4pm on the date of arrival due to a flood the previous day. The alternative offered was totally unsuitable but they said they are within their rights to change location. No refund offered. I complained and they gave me 50% as a gesture of goodwill. Stayed here many times before but will stay in future just up the road. Shame as it's so convenient for the airport
Large clean rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. No hairdryer in the rooms but I didn't need one at 0400hrs !! Friendly and efficient reception staff.
The room was what I was expecting it to be big and spacious. Plenty of room to stretch your legs. Also when we arrived at the lodge we met Karlis who attended to us and was very helpful in explaining all the little things that we needed to know about our stay at the Lodge and also about the Airport and how long it would take us to get there if we walked to the Airport.
Great location situated a mere 5 minutes from the terminal, receptionist couldn't of been more helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious with good amenities. Definitely recommend for anybody flying from Leeds Bradford Airport. Also the bus from Leeds bus station is only £2 per person and takes around 40 minutes so very well connected.
Booked a night here for a family of 4 with 2 children aged 9 and 11. Perfect family room, nice and tidy/clean. Quiet also. Amenities were great and we even got a bath! Staff were incredibly helpful and booked us a taxi to take us to the Greene king pub and it arrived in 5 mins. Perfect. A lovely walk back from the pub before a nights sleep for an early morning flight. Under a 5 min walk to the airport with easy access. Will use this hotel again.
Rooms as you would expect. Clean and tidy. Bathroom was a good size and bath/shower was good. Location is great for the airport, but a 25min drive from Leeds. We used as a base for the Leeds Arena. Remember you need to pay for parking at this Travelodge.
