   Clean and tidy rooms and very convenient locations, however if you’re looking for a quiet nights sleep then this is not the place to stay! You can hear all the pub noice in the bedrooms, the pub is supposed to close at 10pm, but the music and noise continued to blast through the rooms till gone midnight, this was then followed by noisy guests singing and shouting and running through the corridors. There are no staff on hand at night if you need to complain or get hold of anyone. Also with the pub being on the main road you hear traffic noise at all hours of the night because the windows aren’t double or triple glazed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here

   Can't recommend as unfortunately no-one is on site to resolve issues during the evening. It is currently 23.50 and another guest is playing rap music and rapping along (terribly). In any other hotel I have stayed in this would have been resolved as someone on site would have dealt with it. However no-one here so this clown gets to "rap" into the night while other guests can't sleep. I know you can't blame hotels for their guests but without anyone to deal with the issue then this could happen during your stay.

   A private room upstairs for a wedding reception. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was okay. The chunky chips were tge best!!

   One of the better pubs in Otley especially if you arrive when happy hour is on. The building and decor is traditional and welcoming and the covered stabling yard is a perfect outside area. It would be better if there were more lager options on tap as currently there's only two and last week there was only one and that one (veltzin) isn't the best.

   Very nice pizza, youthful, enthusiastic good service and a couple of really good low/zero alcohol beers. Nearby carparking and electricity charge points for 6 cars. Definitely recommended

   Otley has several great pubs / bars and this is one of them! Serving great beers in a cosy, dog-friendly environment. Probably serves otherngreat drinks. No idea about food.

   Not been back to Black Horse in over 5 years.... Just got to say WOW!! What a positive change. Amazing service and looked after so well by Morgan and Abi (sorry if spelt incorrectly). 3 of our party are/were bar owners and really impressed with the service. Cannot recommend visiting or staying here enough.
