Liz is absolutely amazing with my rescue dog when she needs a bath. I explained to Liz when booking my first appointment that my dog is very nervous and dog reactive. Liz did everything she could to accommodate my dog while still delivering a fantastic service, even taking the time to get to know my dog before and after her appointment to make the process less scary for her. First Class Liz is excellent at settling down timid dogs She collected my 13 year old Tito who is a bit timid brought him home looking great and running round the house very happy. I would definitely recommend her.
Liz was recommended to us ,as our dog is extremely anxious ,so was worried about taking her to be professionally groomed.However Liz provides a one to one service, and is so warm and welcoming,Tilly was totally at ease. She is very professional, and we love the way she has made Tilly look. Can highly recommend and will definitely be going again.
