   Never any staff on till, usually have to wait for them to come to be served, went in this week and stood at the till for a good 3 minutes with a queue of people and no staff in sight, safe to say I wont be returning. Loss of over £70 sale.

   Nicely laid out with friendly staff. Different range of products to the other big petshop in Halifax - cheaper in some things. Doesn't sell pets - does have links with refuge/adoption organisations. Good parking. Dogs on leads welcome. Has its own loyalty scheme. Offers a pet clinic for microchip and vaccination, flea etc treatment and health checks. Also a dog grooming service.

   Great & helpful staff. Used to take our pets to Pets at Home for vaccinations… £100 a cat. Jollyes is £30 per cat. Great service - I wish I could tell more people about them

   This is my usual pet shop for cat food. It must be a pet shop thing but like.others the staff are all just so nice and helpful. They also had a fab rewards system for pet food, and even before that, they are competitive with price and options. Animals are also looked after well.

   staff are on point very attentive, stock always ready to order in if none of requirements in such as chinchilla sand was an issue during covid days!!! not ther fault but rang me as soon as available, good choice of feeds for my animals such as lizards, dogs, cats, parrots , chinchillas, mice and fish…. lots of toys available, also flea treatment. Thers a vet on a thursday (pre book essential) to do puppy inoculation 1st and second, also boosters , flea plan for all animals, dietary needs, and much more…. over all a good price and service for ure money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ x

   My previous review was positive. But their out of stock situation is appalling. I go once a fortnight every other visit they are out of stock of butchers succulent recipes. I have mentioned this before to the staff . Why can't you just stock more . You are losing customers was told today might be some in tomorrow Friday . Time, petrol costs , nope I'm not going back went to pets at home they had plenty of stock .

   Extremely helpful staff! We have been struggling for a few months on getting our dog to eat biscuits.. we tried all options for her to stop eating after a couple of weeks! We asked for advise on the raw dog food they have to offer and the staff couldn’t of helped more! We now have a happy dog that cannot wait for her next meal, and more so her raw treats!!

   Really pleased with the selection of small animal food, my guinea pigs are very spoilt for choice. Lots Of different types of hay available also. Lots of toys,treats and food available for dogs and cats.
