Prices have shot up and selection not the same. They seem to replace items with there own brand who they have very sneakily copied hoping you don't notice. Not the same shop now.. More the same as the well known stores
Not bad for cheap food and toiletries etc. However, Quality is awful on Fruit and veg - off the within a day. Bought mince that turned brown even tho it had great shelf life on date. Lots of cheese and cold meat on the shelves were a week out of date. Always messy and cardboard empty boxes on shelves Good for stocking up on tinned food, frozen and cereals etc. But fruit veg and meat is awful compared to before. Sadly not the same it used to be
Always pretty well stocked with items. Staff always very friendly and happy to help. Plenty of car park spaces, in particular family parking spaces which is always helpful. Great value for money in this location.
Well as part of a chain of shops it is easy to see how everything and everyone goes by the same standards as laid down by the company and their directives but this branch always seems to be the one that shines in comparison to others in the area. Toilets are always clean and to say they actually have toilet paper in their too which in some branches you have to check before you lock the door just in case. Always find someone at the self scan and at a manned till. Whereas some times I have to ask for someone to use the manned tills if I have a little too much for the self scan area. So hands down it is my go to 'local aldi despite the fact it is nae my local by a few miles
Easy to get to from my house. Always well stocked too. And I can always get the coffee I want. But then they took away the cash machine inside of it. Fortunately you can get cash back at the tills phew. Oh, and I LOVE their mint choc chip ice lollies, but you have to watch out when they come in if you like them too. They go like hotcakes, LOL.
I prefer this layout of Aldi to others. Quick and easy shop. Lots of great products. Titan bars (like Mars), purple toilet roll and scones are amongst my favourites.
Aldi has some of the best customer reps of all the supermarkets and this Aldi tops them all, do helpful and quick to open another till when needed. Even the customers are nice here always letting those with small items jump over and I've witnessed several people paying for others and being a blessing
I love shopping at Aldis.Their food is amazing.Nice fresh fruit n veg.The meat and chicken is first class.They do lovely pizzas and ready meals and lots of goodies in the bakery. There's too much to mention but everything Aldi sells is first class.Id highly recommend a visit.
I love Aldi's range of DIY products, although not everything is available in store all the time. However the main benefit of this stock changeover is some excellent reductions in price, sometimes up to 60%. Having said that, I came across a bit of an anomaly today when I bought a box of premium screws for £3.99 reduced from £10.99, while the new stock with exactly the same contents were available at full price in the same store on the same day.
