Absolutely great wee place for pre-loved toys, clothes, books and baby equipment. I think they value their products very well as everything is so affordable. They really go the extra mile to help out families who struggle financially and make sure everyone has everything they need. The staff are so kind and understanding too.
This place is lovely, brilliant idea, my partner and I just handed in some clothing items to the shop that will go back to the hub to distribute to their shops. Got a cracking deal on a crib mobile for our little one [8 quid ]and some vests ect all at next to nothing , we pop in and out every so often for a nosey for other decent deals

Great shop layout, toys for children to play with and friendly staff that can advise on best nappies to use (disposable or not) for example amongst others from their own experience.
Cannot stress enough how important and wonderful it is to have a shop like swaddle in your community when you have small children. The volunteering options as well as the classes(pre COVID) and the endless possibilities to purchase exactly what you need is perfect. The quality is high and it’s always a lovely visit, you come away with more than you bargained for but for a fraction of the cost. Knowing it’s going back into the community makes the purchase even better! Well done team!
This place is a lot more than a charity shop. It is a community hub and I would dare say a life line to the new mums. During those first lonely months after the birth of my son, I was visiting Swaddles almost weekly. It allowed me to connect with other new mums and help me get back on my feet. You can also find good bargains for your little ones here. I have bought clothing still with original tags from Swaddles. Also, you don't want to miss the 'Fill-a-Bag' Sale event. The ambience is very soft and gentle and the management very friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you are a new mum, dad or grandparents.
