   I bought 2 tray tables £15 each which is quite reasonable but when I openened them they were chipped and the legs were uneven so didn't stand straight. One of the trays the sticker was actually stuck on the tray instead of trying to use anything to take it off I decided to take them back to store as I wasn't happy but I discovered I did not have my receipt I didn't want my money back I would have purchased something else, when I spoke to the manageress to explain I didn't even get a chance to explain I would purchase something else she just said no can't take them back we don't know when or where you purchased them from I asked even if both the goods were faulty she replied yes not even sorry its company policy or anything just a straight no can't take them back, both have barcode on box also manufactured for B&M retail
