“Had to speak to management today about a recent purchase, was really well manered polite gentleman who took the time to listen to my concern. He even offered another free item.. thanks for that.”
“Most helpful and friendly staff you're likely to find. Not the cheapest shop but good quality and a decent range considering its not that big.”
“This b and m store is huge, its got everything you need in it and more, as per usual go in for one thing and come out with a lot more”
“I come in here often sending parcels via Evri/Hermes and I must say I’ve never had an issue. The staff are great and accept my parcel everytime without any hassle. I’ve had such bad experiences in the past where staff members are rude and hate accepting parcels for whatever reason but here they are friendly! Thanks guys!”
“Great wee shop, always nice to chat to the owners / staff, any fresh meat / veg / bread have good dates on them, and they manage to fit anything you could need in there - didn’t realise they were online or I’d have reviewed sooner”

“Nice store, plenty choice and staff always trying hard to get the queues down .Only downfall and nothing to do with lldl, is the car park, it's horrendous and I'm sure puts people off shopping here.”
“Great store. You can now buy frozen food and a drill or a hot tub, always great prices in here”
“Perhaps an unusual shop for a disabled customer, but I was looking for a short lightweight waterproof jacket. By chance, I saw the shop on my way through the mall, and on an impulse went in. As my wife and I were browsing we were approached by a salesman. I said we did not need help at that time, but would call him over if we needed assistance. I easily browsed the rails from my wheelchair and navigated my way to an open space to try on a jacket. Our friendly salesman appeared immediately to help where needed to remove my own jacket and try on my selection, perfect fit job done! Payment at the easy to reach card reader was trouble free and we were able to sign up for newsletters and discounts. Great experience helpful staff there when needed, and a good selection of clothing and good stock levels. Braehead is good shopping for wheelchair customers and plenty of easy parking. There are plenty of lifts, and there is easy to access all the shops.”
“I’ve been a few times, all the way from London. Lovely place and great variety of items. Sad to hear it’s permanently closed down.”
“I bought a box of broken biscuits for approx £3.30.”
“Clean, well lit and well stocked”
“Visited store today and recieved excellent service from Bill. He overheard me saying I loved turnip, but hated trying to cut it. Bill so kindly took the turnip and peeled and chopped it all for me. Thanks again Bill, very much appreciated.”
“My local but bring back the £3 meal deal”
