   I decided to stop using here as a pick up and drop off spot because the staff members here are the worst people who have absolutely no care as to how they deal with customers. One female staff member just stares at me without saying anything when I tried to send parcels and appears to have some problem with me. Like whats YOUR problem? I couldn’t be bothered anymore with them so switched location and happier for it. The newsagents down the road are way friendlier and helpful.

   Shocking service, carried really large heavy parcels in for Evri and was told they can’t take any parcels as they were busy with a delivery to come back in an hour. I explained I was going back to work so couldn’t come back in an hour and the guy just wasn’t interested at all no apology nothing. Just like nah can’t take your parcels. Only just moved to the area but defo won’t ever step foot in here again. Rude and unhelpful!

   If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in at around 8.30-9pm tonight, 16th of September, to pick up a parcel that clearly stated ”Pick up by 17th September” on an e-mail. One of the employess simultaneously behaved as if he was doing me a priceless favour because, according to him he ”shouldn’t be giving me this parcel tonight as the last day is tomorrow”, while also making me feel bad for coming on the only day I could. To clarify, I asked ”If the e-mail says 17th, then the last day to pick up would be 15th and not the 16th?” to which he said that yes. So - if you’re thinking of picking up from this shop, don’t treat the last day the e-mail says you can pick your parcel up as the last day - not if you want to be made feel bad, or as if you’re being given a favour. And no, I don’t understand it either that according to the employee, the last day to pick up is not actually the last day.

   Ordered a parcel for collection. I was only available to collect it on the last day of the collection. However they had already sent my parcel back even though I had today to collect it. I was not in the area to do so prior, and I understand that it was the last day. However I still had all of that day to collect it.

   Best avoid this store if looking to send packages or returns! Selected them as a Hermes/EVRI drop off point last year only to be told they don't do it when I arrived even though they were listed. Now it's an Amazon return. Select them as the drop off point with Amazon. Amazon create the QR code for them and give details for dropping off at that store. This time I turn up to be told they don't take Amazon return codes and to change it to an EVRI code with no help. Why bother registering with these services if you can provide the proper service?

   I come in here often sending parcels via Evri/Hermes and I must say I’ve never had an issue. The staff are great and accept my parcel everytime without any hassle. I’ve had such bad experiences in the past where staff members are rude and hate accepting parcels for whatever reason but here they are friendly! Thanks guys!

   Really well stocked store with friendly staff. The coffee and squishie machines are great and they’ve got all your basic needs. Staff are very friendly and if you’re in a rush, you can be in and out in less than 5 minutes. I don’t think too many people are aware how nifty this wee shop is but hopefully they get enough business to stay open. I’ve started using it a lot more than other places since it’s opening.
