Really disappointed. Arrived at 5pm on a Sunday evening for a drink, kids especially looking forward to hot chocolate. Told hot chocolate machine offline due to deep clean. No straight beers available either. Got a drink. Sat for a bit. Last ordered shouted at 530pm. Door closed at 545pm. People turned away. No food on offer, kitchen shut. Atmosphere non existent. Shame really as good view and plenty of people on slope. Two stars for the view tbh.

Still waiting for Donna to get back to me regarding a very serious complaint dated 24th June 2022! Not acceptable and I was told this had been escalated to head office and senior management due to the nature and severity. I have heard nothing despite numerous emails and phone calls to ask for updates.

Overpriced menu. Asked what we wanted and had to ask to see menu. She could clearly hear me ask my daughter to go fetch my phone from car, then proceeded to ask what would you lik?, Iordered a side saying we'd order when daughter returned. As soon as daughter sat down, girl was over asking, I had to ask for time for daughter to view menu. Then I asked for the side to be brought with what we he had been told I had asked for 4 things to be brought out together. He put them on middle of table Mac n Jac bites left us with no side playees, no cutlery and more importantly no napkins. Girl apologised. However, could certainly feel the vibe that he was irriated and appeared to be in charge. No communication when he brought our mains Then few minutes it's later returned with other side. I had just taken my last mouthful of chilli when I was asked if she could clear. My daughter half way through tortillas with pulled pork felt obliged to let her clear table. The 2nd side untouched was lifted by girl and I had to say I'm still going to eat them. Unpleasant atmosphere in place with staff congregating round outside of bar and just felt watching.

Had a sledging party for my daughters birthday at snow factor and then a party in Bar Varia they were extremely helpful and friendly staff and even gave us extra time to set up the table. They situated us right next to the play area which was an awesome idea. The food was excellent and the kids had an amazing time 10/10 thanks guys :)

Great bar right next to the ski slope, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely food, tasty and nice beers, recommended.

What they serve is not spätzle. It’s more like store bought macaroni with canned cheese sauce dumped over it and a chopped up breakfast sausage. Beer is fine, but would not get food there again.

Arrived on a Saturday tea time and surprised how quiet it was compared to the popularly branded eating places on the ground floor. Menu is quite limited. Pizza was a bit too crusty for me but otherwise ok. Staff seemed undermanned, however very pleasant. Quite relaxing watching skiers and listening to good music. So yes it was a good escape for a Saturday and would be good for meeting mates for a few beers but slightly disappointed in menu and lack of staff. Otherwise it would be more stars.
