   Experience was good with fitting but unfortunately was sold a product that I was told did a certain job then was told after fitting it didn’t do the job I asked before I even purchased. I actually spoke to customer care to ask their advice before buying and paying for fitting!! So maybe you need to update customer care in what items you sell actually can do!

   I have to say what an improvement from the old Halfords going a a couple of years. Expensive, staff that were not really interested etc. Now I have to say I was really impressed. Helpful pleasant staff fair prices and if they didn't have not reluctant to say so. I was so pleased I've now taken out their premium motorist membership.

   Went to Halfords to look for a bike for one of my sons. Was helped by a very helpful chap named Brian. After asking us some questions, we settled on a Carrera Crossfire 2. Brian was quite happy to explain the differences between the 3 models. At no point did we feel under any pressure from Brian to make a choice or to hurry up. He was more than happy to answer all our questions. It was a delight being served by Brian. We came back two months later and bought another bike for one of my other sons. I expect to go back and purchase another bike for my daughter soon. Can't thank Brian enough for his assistance and his knowledge is excellent, as is his attitude to customer service. Thank you Brian. Fantastic !!!

   My van started having trouble starting so I popped in for a battery health check and it was found to be faulty. Willy checked my original purchase which was Jan 2022 and he swapped it out under guarantee. Drove off 10 minutes later. Top marks

   Brilliant service , using the Cycle2work scheme walked in with no clue and the first colleague took me round showing everything I needed from type of bike to size and accesories. On picking up second colleague gave same level of amazing service sorting out the saddle size , showing how to sort gears etc. A plus service and thanks to all the staff!!

   Great service. Took my car in for engine oil top up and got a free 5 point check on my car. Tuned out my oil level was ok so got a refund on the oil I had purchased. Great staff as well.

   I oedered some engine oil, 'click & collect', on Friday. With the mechanic standing by I had to phone customer services late on the Monday only to be told that my order was lying waiting for me in-store. I will look for a more reliable merchant next time.
