Very uncaring, unhelpful and very unprofessional. Firstly ladies be warned, you only have 30 days to let them know things are wrong and if you’re buying your pram in advance of baby coming then if there’s any problems they’re not going to help and you’ll be out of pocket a lot of money. I went in only 6 weeks into my baby was due and when the lady came to ask me if I needed help I said I needed a pram that safe on very uneven terrain due to where I live, we were given the choice of 3 but after some talk and over again me saying that it needed to be good on uneven terrain we were sold the inglesina aptica xt, we were told that it was for the terrain mentioned and a good pram, being a first time mum I trusted that. we then bought a few more items and overall were in there over 2 hours, it took them around 40 minutes just to transfer items (4) we were buying from one computer to the other. I came out feeling quite annoyed at the time it took and there was also a 6 week wait on the items getting to us and we then also had to get a third party courier involved as they didn’t deliver to where I lived. At 7 weeks I had to call up to find out where my items were as we’d not heard a thing and was told the were in the centre and they had to then arrange delivery to our courier, I’m not sure why this isn’t just done but I had to chase it up and then arrange the delivery through our courier which caused extra stress so close to my due date…and also this delivery date means that it was out of its 30 days. After baby was born we set the pram up and took baby out, it soon became very clear that the pram was not good at all on the terrain I’d specifically said I needed it for. It kept getting stuck and bouncing the baby around a lot, and on 2 occasions has almost tipped up with baby in it, this was quite a scary experience and so we instantly got back in touch with pram world in hopes we can exchange the pram for one that was more suitable and safer and I was told that I’d have to send an email, even though the manager was in the building, so I sent an email and over a week later I had to chase up why I’d not had a reply, I was told that they had replied (even now those emails have never shown up) and that they were going to ring me because they needed details to send to the pram maker to see what they said. Yet again I had to chase up and was told that the manager was now off and that I needed to send videos now to show what was happening and that it would be dealt with when the manager was back (over a week later). So we sent in the videos showing the terrain we took the pram over and the problems we had with it, it’s quite hard to really show what was happening in the videos but we did our best and sent them off, over a week later I got an extremely patronising email with them telling me I needed to clean the pram (the pram was brand new) and that actually it was my use that was making the pram unsafe and that they were sorry it wasn’t the outcome I wanted. They haven’t even replied to the email I sent back and have washed their hands of it now so I’m left with a very unsafe pram on a terrain that I was sold it was meant for. It’s made it so because of the anxiety of if it tips up that I won’t now go out with my baby where I live and have to now travel to where it’s flat to walk making it very difficult when it’s hard to get out with a newborn and isn’t helping the mental health load of having a new baby for sure, it’s not too bad on flat surfaces, although it can pull to the left and the design seems to be wrong in that it makes it hard to lift it up into a curb. This was my first experience of buying a pram as a first time mum and I’m sad that the experience wasn’t great overall and now this with the safety aspect. They really do not care about you once the money has been taken and now I’m stuck with an unsafe pram and looks like I’ll have to shell out the same money to get one that is, but I certainly won’t be using pram centre.

Keira at the Pram Centre was absolutely fantastic in helping us choose the perfect pram for our baby. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand our needs and lifestyle. She explained all the options clearly, answered every question we had, and never made us feel rushed. Thanks to her help, we feel confident and happy with our choice. Amazing customer service — we couldn’t recommend Keira enough!

Elizabeth was extremely helpful! I really appreciated her honesty with which pram would be more suited to us and our lifestyle rather than pointing us towards the most expensive. Thanks for your help today! Account number; C969497

First time grand parents baby due Feb 2026. What a wonderland of baby prams, car seats, nursery furniture. Could have been overwhelmed but for the exceptional and excellent advice and support from Claire. She guided us through the amazing variety of equipment. She kindly did a price comparison online and price matched with the supplier. We bought a car seat for our cars along with a nursing swivel chair and beside-me crib for the baba's nursery. We were delighted with the very gentle but proactive advice and specialist support we got. What excellent customer service! Gold stars. Highly recommend. We'll be back for more Baba bits n bobs! Well done GPC! Best service we've had in years! Xx

Had an absolutely amazing time at the Glasgow pram centre. Keira who helped us was incredible, she had an amazing knowledge and passion for what she does and really got mum and dad excited for shopping for a new travel system and helped us pick out the perfect pram for our needs. The Glasgow pram centre is like a right of passage for new Scottish parents and I can completely see why. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends who will be parents soon.

I am giving 3 stars because they stock a great variety of all baby essentials, including prams, beds, car seats, toys and much more from very many brands. Unfortunately the staff are like ghosts. No one was around to offer help and when we did find a staff member, she didn't seem too keen on helping us and showing us around or to recommend any brands. She hinted that we can look on our own and then went back to talk with her friend/other staff member. It really is a shame, because as new parents we require guidance and expert advice. It is a great store physically, but something needs to be done with the staff. Maybe more training or selecting more capable employees, who actually care about customer service?

Flawless. Was worried about the poor reviews but we had a great experience. Eilidh knew the pram we were looking at inside out. Explained everything about it. The maker's website was misleading as to whether it would fit our car. Eilidh gave them a call when they were open and let us know in a timely manner. Arranged to pick up the pram closer to the baby's due date to make the most of the guarantee. Pram was ready and waiting on the date we agreed; Nadia was extremely friendly on the front desk. The Centre offered to install the car seat for no charge and explained everything about it. Again, the staff member was very knowledgeable. Would happily shop here again :)

Visited yesterday to buy a pram unfortunately we left with nothing due to the horrific service. Not one single staff member approached us to ask if we needed help, they were more interested standing talking to each other. When we first arrived to the store the staff walked past us without saying Hi or even a smile I really have never experienced anything like it. No wonder the store was empty!

Service is so poor here & sadly it’s not been a one off.. Bought car seat from here and when it came to picking it up no one was able to help set it up. As new parents this would have been a nice gesture. Alternatively we were told we could wait for an hr and a half for someone to help. On another trip I went in looking for a stroller and after explaining I was travelling was told I’d left it too late. Which is fair enough but their willingness to help was next to none. Left to look at strollers myself again not having a clue how most of them fold up etc. Just overall felt as though they didn’t care. It’s a great store with lots of choice but that’s about it, might as well not have any staff in

I don't think I have ever experienced worse customer service and just general ineptitude than I have with dealing with this company. I would advise any expectant parent to avoid this company like the plague, find the product you want and cut out the middleman ordering it direct from the manufacturer, it will save you a lot of time and stress I'm sure. We ordered a twin pram to arrive in October but it never appeared and we were faced with endless excuses and reasons that it wasn't arriving that seemed to change all the time. New dates kept being promised then those dates passed one by one. When eventually getting to the the much anticipated actual day of receiving something pram related, almost a month later (with a paltry refund for not having a pram for a month and being housebound with our twins for the entirety of my paternity leave) I went in to collect a pram (not in the colour we ordered as this was not our pram but one meant for their display — but we were passed caring about the colour at this point and just wanted to take our twins outside) to bring home to assemble and, lo and behold, found a multitude of parts missing for the second cot section. When phoning to ask about these missing parts (after getting passed the usual hour waiting on hold) it turned out that they didn't just forget to give us these parts but they had not been delivered and did not exist. After another round of back and forth to try and get these missing parts our original pram we ordered then miraculously appeared at the shop and once it was delivered it was surprisingly all present and correct and the saga concluded.
