Evelyn was amazing, very knowledgeable about diamonds, so helpful and the experience was brilliant. Olivia, her colleague modelled the pendants I liked, so I could see them on someone else and the manager Holly also chatted with us. Wonderful jewellers but the most amazing staff.”

“I bought a GS couple of months ago from James Porter & Son. I can tell they really care for their customers, they really did the extra step to hand over the watch in the country I live. Plus some watch boxes that are not cheap! It was the only watch shop that knew the exact number of the limited edition I could get before I order it. Everyone else told me that the number is random. That was a great first experience. My next GS will be definitely from them. I highly recommend them.”

“Popped in a couple of weekends just to browse rings with my partner for us both for our upcoming wedding just to get an idea. After chatting to the lovely Frankie, the manager, we ended up buying both our rings then and there. She was brilliant from start to finish, spent as much time with us as we needed and in no way rushed us into making any decisions, was happy for us to try on and bring out what we needed. Very friendly and provided excellent customer service, is a credit to the business. Would definitely use this branch in future for our jewellery needs due to this experience.”

“I came in for a ring resizing and had a somewhat bad experience at first, I then came back into store to speak to store manager Kyle. He completely turned an uncomfortable situation into the most positive and happy experience and I’ve came away with my perfect size in ring and so happy. He went above and beyond what he should have done to deliver the best customer service. Thank you so much to the store manager who totally turned this experience around. More colleague training I think is needed for the certain member of staff I first dealt with but Kyle totally made my day.
